His job is to look after the development of Ole players, so he's going to send them where he thinks they will get on better, whether thats with Jose at TW, Ramon at ACFC or Wally Gerdsen at Canterbury really depends on what they think is the best for the player at that time

As I understand it Ole have an arrangement with Team Wellington where it's not as seamless as one might think.

Did they? As I understand it it's on clubs to get their venues up to Sky's standards, and others have/are doing so. (Whether that's right or wrong is another thing).

So Team Wellington pay a sky fee and get zero games broadcast from their home ground? What a deal....
