f**king hell we have let ray wilkins go. doesn't seem the right thing to do. as far as i could tell the players respected him and he was doing a good job. there must be more than meets the eye with this one

watching the fulham game we really should have won it 3 or 4 nil. some great chance missed, especially by kalou. thats always worried me about kalou is his abilty to finish decent chances. he has showed that he has the ability to put them away, but seem to miss far more than he should

not sure yet, something doesn't seem right though. apparantly ancelotti was powerless to do anything, they got on real well.
will have to wait and see what happens

our reserves beat bayern reserves 4-0. some pretty decent players in our lineup though, sturridge, mceachran, kakuta, bruma, turnbull and van aanholt.

sturridge got 2 and borini got 2.

this borini kid has a lot of promise. really hope we keep hold of him

f**king hell what a disgraceful performance. we just dont seem to have an answer to going 1-0 down no matter who it is against. we only seem to play decent football when we are ahead.

seriously missing JT and alex at the back today. not to mention lamps and essien in the middle. not sold on ramires at all, offers little to nothing on attack and loses the ball on defense.

something needs to change quick cos that was utter rubbish.

Yeah but that's Arsenal fans for you. They do it in every other thread as well after a loss.

got birmingham away next weekend which will be tricky. we are usually ok at bouncing back after a defeat so heres hoping we can back on track. still 2 points clear at the top so its not all doom and gloom just yet

Also them winning wouldn't have helped. Still, it's a little early for the wheels to be falling off Arsenal's season just yet, but it'll come.

Having said that, here I am hanging out in the Chelsea thread, and I'm more than a little stunned at the result. It makes United's comeback in the match at Villa Park yesterday even more significant.

This could be a very interesting title race.

You've got to be ready to cop some flak after a 3-0 home loss to Sunderland. Dish it out so long as you can take it aswell though.

I haven't seen the game but the scoreline alone shows we were beaten soundly. Even with all the injuries we really should have had enough to knock them over. This Lampard injury is so frustrating. Keeps dragging on and on. I swear at the start they only thought he'd be out for 2 weeks!

Three for me, and two for them.

[QUOTE=Buffon II (19 Sept 2010)] Didn't watch again. Can someone tell me if we deserved the three points or not. Cheers.

Yeah i'm aware of that post mate, and even the date, was away that weekend and didn't have a way of watching. You just recently said you've come back from somewhere, so what's your excuse?

Also i could fish out a post on here i seem to recall where you bothered to watch three games that didn't involve Chelsea but when they rolled around you fell asleep. True fan.

Enjoy the rest of your stay at the top, it won't last long.

Alright alright. I was banned. I returned from there.

I have a big week of exams and need my sleep.

Yeah, well that time, I was just exhausted. Sorry I can't watch all 50 games or however many they will play this year.

I think you are wrong, I am not happy, but I still think Chelsea will win the league.

The good thing about Chelsea losing is that there is more than one person writing the threads.

Yeah it's pretty much Downey going solo with the odd chirp from me or Chopper.

I would be interested in seeing an injury table for the team. I can't find one anywhere. There seems to be heaps at the moment.

lampard
yossi
JT
alex

with drogba, malouda not at 100%. bosingwa is still on his way back from a serious injury

not to mention essien is banned

f**k that is not good news at all.

hopefully alex will be back next week and we will go with alex-ivanovic pair. im thinking bruma will be next in line to play after ferriera's rather poor showing in central defence vs sunderland
