Good result to keep pressure on Liverplol. I really hope they miss out on CL qualification this year.

86 mins: Everton look set to hold on for a victory which will move them up into fourth place in the Premier League. They deserve their win and look well set for a successful season.

Its no longer a problem.

90+3 mins: Petrov has rounded off his shocking night by kicking out at Osman. The referee sends him off and the Bulgarian will now have to serve a suspension. It wasn't the most powerful of kicks but the winger has only himself to blame.

Its no longer a problem.

90+4 mins: The full-time whistle is blown by the referee and Everton have claimed a 2-0 victory. David Moyes' side always looked in control of this match and they are now back in fourth place in the Premier League.

Great result to put us back above the Redsh1te. I heading to the 4 Kings for a celebartory $10 lunch at 12.30. Anyone want to join me

Its no longer a problem.

just back from the pub watching the game with a toffee I work with.  Everton fully deserved the 3 points, looking dangerous most of the time they attacked.  No fernandes, johnson or arteta in the starting line-up, but they still looked good going forward.

At the end of the game, we (and lets be honest, this is no brains-trust) decided that 4th spot is between the blue scousers, the red scousers and Villa.  My money would not be on the red scousers.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Another tremendous result for the boys in Blue. I can see a great finish to the season coming. Has anyone else put three past Portsmouth this season? (I thing only the Reds1te and Reading but reading also conceded 7 in that game).

Its no longer a problem.

How was Cahill's celebration?  Hands held together in "handcuffs" for his brother who's in jail.  Ironic that he did his trademark punching the corner flag, when it's assault that his brother's banged up for.

He looked very emotional when he scored more than usual I'd think

Perhaps a little angry due to the Hammers just getting bent over by Liverpool 4-zip...?

Lay off it. If we hadn't beat them at Upton Park earlier this season you wouldn't have been talking Champions League football anyway.

Should have beaten them when you played them at home yourselves. At least we were able to take 3 points off them this season.

Nah nah na na nah! *pokes tongue out*
