Very good news. Hopefully he can energise our season like he did last time

Donovan should stay in Europe, far to good for MLS, done such a great job for the Galaxy, love watching him play.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Just spoke to another Everton fan and apparently it is a charity of some sport.

Its no longer a problem.

Everton will have a new shirt sponsor for tomorrows clash with Norwich City at Goodison.

The players shirts will not feature the logo of Chang Beer but that of the Power of Thai, a new relief fund to help those affected by the natural disaster which swept across mainland Thailand earlier this year.

Under the banner one flag unites Thailand, Chang and other likeminded Thai organisations have established the Power of Thai fundraising appeal to help the hundreds of thousands of people hurt or who have lost everything

Its no longer a problem.

And the January transfer rumours start
Jack Rodwell to Chelsea,Man u or the midfield graveyard of Spurs (how many does 'Arry need)
& Bily to Wolfsburg for 5 mil ,he can go Jack can't

p.s Thought Stracqualursi was good when he came on against Norwich, would like to see more of him. He can't be any worse than what we've got at the moment, Cahill can't buy a goal and Saha has just been poop all season so far

Moyes out, ?7-2-1 against West brom WTF

Was pretty depressing watching - especially that first half - but credit to Moyes, he took the risk with using his subs early and we come away with the 3 points.  Classic shot of Woy banging his head against the stadium boardings at the end of the game.

Sad to hear about Gary Ablett succumbing to lymphoma aged 46.He was a very good player for both Merseyside teams, and was one of a handful of players to be transferred between the two.He ONLY played 147 times for Liverpool,BUT 156 times for us,so for me he'll always be a Toffeeman! RIP Gary...

Can you just give us the 3 pts now and save everyone the need to slot in an extra game after a busy schedule?

If you hadn't started the riots we'dve nicked all 3 points off you no worries.

The riots were just to remind Modric where his home was.

We have signed Darron Gibson on a 4 1/2 year deal. Amazing that we have signed a player with a transfer fee, when was the last time that happened for an established player?
Anyway he should be a good signing. This should mean less defenders playing at mid like Neville and Heitinga

It is also quite strange that we sign a midfielder when we need a centre back and a striker, especially with our limited funds. Moyes must be looking to bring more goals to the midfield as Cahill's goals have appeared to dry up. Gibson has a fairly good record, 10 goals in 60 games with most of them coming from outside the box.

1-1 was a disappointing result IMO, we dominated Aston Villa for the full 90 minutes, also Donovon is class.

Yip agree, also we need a farking striker so we can bench the Saha - Cahill combo(the Cahill part more than anything).Plus what's wrong with Faddy why can't he get a run in stead of Strac ? giddyup2012-01-15 12:24:07

Should have had a penalty. Defender pushed Saha in the back.

Bilyaletdinov reportedly close to joining Spartak Moscow for 5mil. This is good news as it will free up funds for a centre back and the elusive striker we seek. And to be honest, Bily has been rubbish most of the time apart from those occasional moments of brilliance

Agreed Billy rubbish - interesting to see us linked with Jelavic and potentially spending some cash rather than it all going to pay back debt.

Any thoughts on the Blue Union?  Seems to me they have a point and are going about things the right way at the moment as well.

According to Daily Mail, Nikica Jelavic is currently having a medical at Merseyside, with a possible 6mill move.
