Two teams and they still won't beat Liverpool.

Wow Liverpool really looked a class act today, 2-2 at halftime.

They would have taken that.

Three for me, and two for them.

Poor old Derby. Only six premier league teams left. Could a championship team make it to the final? sanday2008-01-28 13:13:06

Hope it is a Championship final, make a nice change not to see Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool for once.  It gets boring seeing the same teams all the time.

Huddersfield V Wolves would be nice!

Coventry Preston?

Three for me, and two for them.

Yep, Coventry are the surprise team considering they're candidates for administration and non existence. They don't own their ground so have nothing to fall back on for a loan. I hope they survive though.

as LG and others have said -  an interesting season for the Cup

i've got a mate who would find a Soton v portsmouth tie a fairly full-on affair

the draw is 2.30 a.m. tomorrow our time, should make a nice diversion before breakfast

A Southampton V Portsmouth final would really have an edge. Can't see it happen but it still allows us to use our imaginations.

Obviously with Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal & Liverpool still in the hunt they stand to be potential semi finalists. but imagine if they met in the next round in that 2 went through and 2 went out! Could make it quite interesting. This years cup is very interesting.

The liklihood of an all championship final getting one step closer, perhaps?

I wouldn't be surprised to see Chelsea v the winner of the Arsenal match in the final.

Talk about luck of the draw. Liverpool haven't met a Premiership side yet. At least Arsenal should get an easy opponent in the final.

And what's the bet Liverpool still struggle.

The likelihood of an all championship final getting one step closer, perhaps?

A maximum of five premier teams in the quarters. So we allow for one to lose say......Liverpool. So four out of eight. If they are drawn against each other two will be in the semis. Then it is 5050. Maybe three premier teams in the semis? Fairly boring draw except Arsenal v Man U.

Think Sheffield will beat Boro and perhaps Preston to beat Pompey but that's about it as far as upsets go in this round i think.

Three for me, and two for them.

if Buffy's prediction happens that would be 5/8 non-prem teams in the quarters

which could (if the draw falls right) see one q/f match being prem/prem

winners of that to play the remaining prem team in one semi,  meaning a non-prem v non-prem semi

therefore, Liverpool to play Cardiff  in the final (having beaten chelsea in the semi)

Fowler contributes an unanswered hat-trick in first half, which is no problem because Liverpool storm back to win on pens.
