very upset this Arse v Chelsea is not on ESPN
I thoroughly enjoy the insightful and balanced commentary Tommy Smyth brings to any match.

It's not immediately apparent to me what was so funny about my previous post.

RE Setanta's coverage so far!

Big cockup. John Champion describing Chelsea and Arsenal as COCKNEYS!!!  They are not.
Second one. Allowing Craig Burley anywhere near a microphone.

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Is Craig Burley that fat guy in the pre game show? If so, he is a complete twat. He has got no clue.

No, I think that's Pat Dolan. He's a sports journalist... allegedly.

I thought Craig Burley was generally a cut above the ESPN monkeys and enjoyed the Setanta coverage overall.  Say what you like about the value of the FA Cup but I still LOVE winning it.

Totally agree with you. The Setanta show was very well done aand no bland Fred to annoy the crap out of you. I hope this becomes the norm now for future cup finals. Better still, Sky, use Setanta for your football channel but with A League games included! Lonegunmen2009-05-31 18:58:55
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Simple fact: TVNZ are incapable of doing well.
