0-0. good result. Encouraging. We need to beat the mid/lower table teams and get these points like we did at Chelski and today against Spuds.

French international striker Loic Remy has joined QPR from Marseille on a four-and-a-half-year contract.

Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila may be signed in the next day or three.

WBA striker Peter Odemwingie, asks for a transfer and push for a move to join QPR

a 1-0 Win at Chelski, Holding Spuds, a 1-0 win at West Brom. Things ARE looking up. a Glimmer of hope in a very disappointing season - Thanks Mark Hughes, Thanks Bosingwa, Thanks other mercenaries. Still Ryan Nelsen did receive my vote for player of the season - even if he does go to Toronto.

The way that transfer went down, Remy looks very much like another one of those.

It was a game of Fifa 13 that sold the club to him - I kid you not!!

Wonder if he transfered himself into both clubs, then saw which one he scored more at.

Scored against the hammers on Debut so happy with that.

Well, sadly, I'll probably stop following QPR so closely when Nelly leaves them and will end up with just a passing interest like I have with Blackburn. All the best QPR, I hope Nellie can help you get within reach of safety

The Odemwingie saga was amazing, easily the best thing on TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY.

I read that Samba doesn't even have a 'reduce wages' clause if QPR are relegated. Harry could yet bankrupt another club!

I really feel for the fans, this is silly stuff!

Samba wouldn't play for us in a relegation battle and he was our captain.

Qpr are ridiculous. Praying they go down and take aston villa with them

04 Feb 08:37

Samba is on 65k, not 100k as some reports suggest - I have my sauces too!

The Odo thing? Well what can one say? Comedy of errors and WBA not communicating with the player. Obvious that he wanted to move back to London and he was keen to join our highly paid mercenaries. Don't mind Townsend but would have preferred another striker to partner Remy. I don't really understand the Jenas signing either. Although Park has been crap. Glad we kept Taarabt and Cesar though. Was disappointed that we drew with the Carrott munchers but will give these guys a couple of games to turn up. EVERY game is a cup final for us now. Friggen Chelski hasn't helped our cause twice dropping to goal leads to snatch draws from the jaws of victories.

Certainly gonna be in for a bouncy ride. If we go down then we go down and I'll still be a QPR fan. Unlike some whom seem to support the teams that are winning the trophies all the times. I wonder what they'd do if their team was relegated? Jump in and be a life long supporter of the team at the top of course.

Dismal game today, thumped 4-1 against Swansea

                                                                        COYN

11 Feb 06:36

That was a horrible effort, very poor side outplayed all over the park.

22 Feb 13:48

Dismal is being polite about it. I likened it to a Phoenix type performance. Manure tonight and Rooney is out. So that can leave us with 9 guys marking RVP.

Reckon RVP could play off the bench for this one. Also, expect Nani and Young to rove more than they usually do, partly due to lack of width at Loftus. I'd love to see QPR stay up but I'd love to go 15 clear of City before their match with Chelsea even more :)

Kotahitanga. We are one.

You make comments like this often, who are you aiming them at exactly? I don't see these types of people round here.

I know a few 'fair-weather' fans but I don't know any who jump teams like that.

In fact it's quite funny, the most fair-weather fan I know is a QPR guy at my old work. Never even knew he was a football fan, then you guys got promoted and hey presto, he's got a brand new home shirt on casual fridays, screensavers, phone cover, QPR clock on the wall, and a whole bunch of other stuff - all turned up during that one off-season!
23 Feb 14:28

So why do you pick me up on it. City fan this week is it?

You said that, not I - naming yourself. I was in a discussion at work about it to a couple of Nix fans and we drew up a list of names of fellow staff whom fitted that role perfectly. One in particular whom has supported everyone except City but no doubt their turn will come.

If only it happens. A good start against the saints but we need to build on it and beat Sunderland.

Back to Administration for the Pompey but hey thats life..

What has gone on at Portsmouth over the last 7 years borders on criminal. That they made a cup final was great but the price the club and fans have paid is disgusting. I hope they bounce back with some stable owners. I know how you feel after Chris Wright, Paladini and Briatore & the Dwarf. Richard Thompson before Wright started the rot.

Watch the free fall... its coming

Once Harry "Show me the Money" goes, you can bring back Warnock.

Players to go at the end of the season will be the Championship quality..
Will be left with an unbalanced team, some very good players and some makeweights.. Cant see the bounce effect happening.

The Reading's, Villa, Sunderland and  Newcastle would be in a better position to rebound than QPR. Didnt include Wigan as they are very experienced at the end game, great manager who knows how to work the team, play nice football and work together.

We know it, been used to the idea for 5 months, Most QPR fans are resigned to the inevitable. We're pretty relaxed about what's going to happen now.

When you're beaten at home by Stoke you deserve nothing less than the Championship.

Harry Houdini, Harry for England, etc.

Does that apply to Arsenal when losing at home to Swansea and Blackburn?

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Do you have a radar that goes off whenever me or Arsenal post?

Three for me, and two for them.

Meanwhile back at QPR......

99.99% QPR fans know we're down, but we're realistic about it. Lot's of overpaid under performing prema-donnas whom are ably supported by some not good enough for the championship players too. IMHO Ryan Nelsen was the only player to perform and he'd still get my POTS vote.

Hahaha.

LG, what will happen to all these players next year? Think they'll stick around, or will the club be fucked without Premier League money?
