Shark what a depressing thread. We haven't won in awhile have we.

Thoughts on Olly?

28 Oct 21:04

Holy shark... We.. WON!?!?!

31 Oct 07:32

Beat Wolves and in the morning play Sheffield United. Hope we do them too. The Fifa 18 assessments on the QPR players is extremely accurate as I found out.

Beat Sheffield United. A goal similar to McGlinchey's and was rightly given.

Pretty easy bud, we rarely sell out at the moment.

Oh just a heads up if you're planning a stadium tour, they only do it certain days. I missed out assuming it was done every day and it happened to be only the off days I was in London

anyone else here see QPR when they came to NZ in 1983?

I went to the game at QE2 in chch and even got Peter Huckers autograph after the game

08 Nov 18:21

Went to the Wellington game, stayed with the team at the Travel Lodge White Heron Hotel. Caught up with the guys that I knew from 3 years before. Good bunch. Hucker was a great goalkeeper. He's on Face book, comes across as a bit bitter though, even with his humour. doesn't remember much about New Zealand.

What has he got to be bitter about? 1982 FA cup final :D

The chch game was dull and dreary but as a kid was was just excited to see QPR

I reckon QPR are the Wellington Phoenix of the Championship - build up your hopes and then savagely crush your will and spit you out.

Auckland City FC are the only team I support that seems to win. I don't know why I do this to myself :(

loved the Brentford match.

Profile pic. Should you be interested. Lakhsen, on the right, lost touch with him.
Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Lads, how good was that. Made even sweeter by their Striker losing his shark and getting a yellow (meaning he's banned for their Fulham game).

88'. Me: This had got draw written all over it

Which would have meant another as per usual performance in front of the TV cameras by our lot. Never do the team disappoint.

Another week, another loss. Saw this posted on Twitter:

The evolution of the QPR fan....

2014 - All QPR fans want is someone who plays for the shirt. We will accept their faults so long as they show passion.

2017 - These players are shark. Punching their chest and playing for the badge is not enough. Need to be better.

04 Dec 01:26

Good news though. Mackie is suspended for his red card, Ollie wants to appeal it so that should get him an extra two games. Ollie wont be able to pick him for at least 3 games. Thank fudge for that.I wonder if Ollie is going to bitch to him about "leaving early"? 22nd minute.

Baptise at least lasted the whole game before he got a red card after refusing to shake someones hand in the tunnel after the game and he got a second yellow!.

Only at QPR...and the Phoenix, could such crap happen on a regular basis. Building up your hopes for something [promising, only fudgeen crush them repeatedly.

Had a great time at Loftus Rd this arvo. Awesome compact ground. Plenty of noise from travelling Bristol City fans and the home fans. Just the sort of ground the Nix would thrive with. Luongo played well. Keeper made a couple of great saves to earn a 1 all draw.

Perfect sized ground for the Nix. Needs more leg room though.

You are so right LG. The leg room was much less than cattle class on my flight. Constant standing up to let ppl squeeze past... but worth it for sure

Thought Sylla looked ok but agree on the other two. Maybe he'd like Big Hamish.

Mate, we have been banging on about it since last season, Every fan sees it, the results tell you it and still the numpty won't do anything about it. Oh and getting a decent CB to partner Hall. Old Ned Onuaho is just not up to it. Might be Nix material. There's a rumour Burnley were interested in him, let them have him. Now that Caulker has gone, there's another 50k per week saved.

Sylla is like Shaun Wright-Phillips, aka "The Headless Chicken". Runs around a lot with a smile on his face but really the end product is not up to it.

Ollie's still playing old school hoof and hope football. I was against his appointment initially and he's done nothing to convince me otherwise. The trouble is, where we are as a club is that we don't have many options. We have a £40m (possibly rising to £58m) FFP fine hanging over our heads, so the likelihood of getting a better manager is slim.

Attendances are dwindling and our parachute money (our best source of income as said by Hoo's) has just about run out.We can't afford to go out and buy decent players - especially a decent striker - even if we wanted to. All we can hope for is that our scouts will unearth a gem from the lower leagues or abroad.

02 Jan 08:48

Only 13k at the game this morning. Still, we did beat Cardiff.
