I like the Championship much for the same reasons I like the A-League. It's close with a number of teams in with a genuine shot. And there is natural tension at the top of the table come the business end of the season. 

You reckon play-offs/ semi finals generate a bit of that? I can't see BPL/La Liga/Bundesliga going for semi finals any time soon but maybe that's what gets the back end of the season exciting.

Think there is more to it than that. Genuinely with about 6-7 weeks to go Norwich, Bournemouth, Watford, Middlesbrough and to lesser extent Brentford could have won it outright. For instance in Noriwch's case, going away to MIddlesbrough about 3 weeks out was a litmus test for the Championship.

From what I have seen of him, looks like he could be a pretty exciting player.

He was okay for us..more of a workhorse than a flashy player.  Fans regarded him well I think and most were sad to see him go.  I think he is a good squad player but he didn't command many starts for us.  Goal every 4 or 5 games on average so not great.  Mind u we could have done with one goal last week!

I will take the win especially as Hull drew after last 4 wins.  Seems tougher this year.

good luck with that. Looking at how the draw happened we were lucky I think..could have drawn them or Man City at that stage!   Try and beat them in the league though please to help us.

Paul Clement sacked by Derby County. My sources tell me that Derby had expected a season of consolidation and not expecting to be 5 points off the leaders which could interfere with their budgeting if they went up. Utter lunacey imo. I wish we had had Paul Clement instead of that clown Ramsey.

Im losing faith like the Boro are losing matches.  Burnley going well so will probably nail one of the top two..Brighton back in play.

And here we are with Chris Ramsey Ver 2.1 - aka Jimmy Floyd Hasselbank, such a terrific record, 2 wins, 50 fudgeing draws and 50 losses. OK, a slight over exaggeration but not by too much. Roll on the end of the season asap please.

Tigers had their tummy tickled eventually...now just need the hoops to not hula in catch up game and we are back in it.  Just need someone to s&** on the seagulls and it would be even better.

Yeah doing our annual choke.  Brighton will probably win against Derby(maybe draw) whilst we will lose to Brum(not a happy hunting ground) so it will need a big win on last day against Brighton..which aint going to happen.  Still we should be able to beat the other 4 in playoffs.

I miss the championship. fighting tooth and nail until the end. looks like we might be able to enjoy it soon enough though

Im over being stuck in it!  Long season....we have played 7 games in 23 days.  Even with big squads its hard yakka.

Not overly happy ..just makes home game v Brighton probably must win.  Brighton of course are strong away from home especially draws.
