Yeah I think our lack of changes will benefit us heaps. The lads have been around each other a long time so will naturally have gelled more so. That was obvious against Man City and we should have won. Oh well. But against Stoke away I thought was bloody brilliant. Hard place to get points.

Also, we were fortunate for our "lesser knowns" to step it up a notch or two since Harry came in. Bale, Pav, Dawson, bae, hudd, bentley, gio, kaboul... It seems Harry knows exactly how to get the best out of players, and also make then stfu if they are on teh bench.

The draw could have been much kinder for you guys when you look at some of the other groups, but you'll certainly be well in it.

He'll have to break the Ledley-Dawson axis first.

You won't make it out that group.

All we need is 10 points

Inter (A) - 1

Inter (H) - 1

Bremen (H) - 3

Bremen (A) - 1

FC Twente (H) - 3

FC Twente (A) - 1

So if we can beat fc twente both legs, then we have room to lose to Inter and Bremen away!

Tottenham were perfect for us. We wanted to play teams that we have not played before and that is the case with the English.

We are ninth in the UEFA rankings, so why shouldn't we beat Spurs? Is it a difficult group? Only for the others.

Not only a top player, it sounds like Bale is well grounded too - pretty rare for young prem players these days....

It's because he's English.

Or, it's because he looked at the officals for 3 seconds waiting for the free kick to be given before celebrating, and after the match said "fair cop".

The clown Klaus based his knowledge on UEFA rankings, that was my point.

a poor insipid performance.

One hopes that Harry learns a lesson from this - there's a reason that teams need a big squad to compete in the Champions League. I was surprised that after the previous three games in 10 days, Harry didn't rest Defoe, Leds, Bale, Hud & even Palacios. The only change he made was Corluka plus the injured Gomes. We've a good squad with a lot of depth - we need to use it.
That Keane & Krankjaer didn't start really surprised me. Perhaps with Keane its a case of Harry wanting rid of him, but even so....

This is a really frustrating result. Although we don't have too much experience in the C.League, Werder Bremen are committing a crime by thinking they are going to beat us easily. I can't see them getting past Twente to be honest.

Luckily City slipped up which means we can put this result behind us, but in all honesty we need to beat all of these lower tier sides if we want to compete with Money City
