Wow, some big moves there.  Glad I was up early enough to pick up Wentz in Payslaves league. What do you think about the move for your Vikings Jono?

Wish I'd known this before I picked up Jordan Matthews in a draft yesterday.

I understand it, I don't like the cost at 1st & other pick 4th (becomes 2nd if Vikes win SB, 3rd if they make the NFC Champ game), but from the comments Spielman has made the other players out there would have same cost, and aren't actually starters see: Nick Foles, Kaepernick etc

Vikings are definitely in win now mode, and with our QB out for a year, probably PUP to start 2017 they needed to do something, is a big upgrade on Shaun Hill, might take a couple of weeks to learn offense, but we have the right coaches to get him there, and he would be good enough to lead us to a Superbowl, unlike Shaun Hill.

Never been a Bradford fan, but he will do a job in this offense (Also note he has never actually played on a good team)

On this, I was up, but already have Prescott who I think with better weapons will be the better option.

After Cuts News

Justin Forsett (LOHA) - Could re-sign with Ravens later in week, but was cut as team thought he was the one they could most likely get back as didn't go to waivers, like Dixon, Allen, West would've

Carlos Hyde (MET) - Is still in the concussion protocol, Chip Kelly said "Is on track for week 1" which is the dumbest statement from a coach in last 2 hrs, there is no "on track" in concussion protocol, they either pass the tests and get out, or they don't

Vegas win total for Vikings is back to 9.5 after Bradford acquisition

Jamaal Charles (RMTC) - Not likely to be ready Week 1, is reason that Chiefs kept 4 RBs

Devante Parker (AY) - Hamstring injury, team is not sure when he will be ready to return to practice.

As a Diggs owner (in both my Leagues), I'm happy the Vikings pulled the trigger on that one! hard to have thought the Eagles could tank any harder, but this confirms it.

Pity they traded the 2017 first to the Browns.

And helped Vikes get closer to bottom of draft for the pick they'll get.

Cut Clean-up

These cuts/signings are the ones that always follow cut day

Moritz Boehringer (FAIR) - Signed to Vikings Practice Squad

Keenan Reynolds (FA) - Signed to Ravens Practice Squad

Andre Williams (LOHA) - Signed by Chargers after released by Giants

Coby Fleener (DRUG) - Has come out and said he is still adjusting to the playbook (Not a good look)

Justin Forsett (LOHA) - Expected to re-sign with Ravens (This is weird one, if he is their starter it's a HUGE risk)

Virgil Green (GAUL) - has been listed as the starting TE for Denver

Orleans Darkwa (FA) - has passed others on depth chart and is now the clear back-up to Rashard Jennings

Terrel Watson (FA) - has been waived by Browns

Khiry Robinson (FA) - Waived/injured by Jets (Probably go to IR now)

I cannot get what is going on with Forsett.

yeah I don't understand either. Is he RE-signing on a lesser deal rather than being released so he can play? It's confusing.

It's one of those strange things where they have guys who are injured and want on the IR to return, but can only do that if they make the 53 mana roster, so they cut Forsett (who doesn't have to go through waivers), and will sign him back closer to season (already only had a 1yr deal)

Of course someone else could offer Forsett an excellent deal and he could go there, but it is unlikely I guess....

I'm in need of at least a decent QB and a WR.

Willing to trade a 1st round pick for next draft and possibly even Gronk if the traded in players are good ones.

I have a few QBs, although I am not sure if you really want Romo at the moment. How about Rivers or Palmer? Not fussed on Gronk, but let me know who else you are willing to give up.

Edit - which team are you?

I've picked up a QB. Always open to top level RB/WR of course and have 2 x 1st rd picks to trade along with some of my players but unless a good deal comes along, I'm going to settle now and see what happens.

Getting to the stage where see what happens the first two games then realise what players are actually shark and rush to do more trades.

#YFDynasty Weekly Preview

Nialls Paul match-up against the reigning champion Boars in Week 1, there have been some major changes to the Boards over the offseason, and their weakness at RB shows in their projection as they are expected to lose by 5pts this weekend. Both these teams should be in contention for the playoffs, and this early match-up should play a part later on.

The Usos and the Yakcalls match-up in Week 1 as well, the Merrick division battle is looking tough, but Yakcalls have to be disappointed with the way they look for the start of the season, Ajayi has been made back-up, Parker looks to be the WR 3 in Miami, Wallace is in a mess in Baltimore, Karlos Williams is suspended, the team has a lot of good depth and players who could step up, but at this stage and early part of season is going to be tough. Usos look to be a true contender for playoffs this season.

These two teams have the best TEs in the league, weakness here appears to be WRs, both teams have a solid #1 RB, and a question mark at #2 (Assuming Hyde plays this weekend given the injury, though can play Draughn if Hyde is injured). I am really not sure how I feel about these teams in the season, both look like they could contend, but need things to go towards their players as they have some questions, QB, 2nd RBs, and their depth WRs.

Two more Merrick Division teams, the Defences looks like the difference here as the Panthers are expected to score a massive 8pts more, but also the playing of Victor Crus as a starter could be a killer as he is expected to be 3rd at best on his own team... Fairies should take this one, over the season it'd be a toucher battle as both teams have good and bad parts, but Fairies difficulty could be age affecting their receivers.

If you want to get your ass handed to you this season then have a match-up with the Billikids, their team is loaded, at least it is loaded for this season and has some good young pieces as well. This week his players look to have pretty good match-ups as well, while the Calrissians have some poor match-ups. Thomas Rawls is now listed as the #2 in Seattle behind Christine Michael for this week, and Robbie Gould have been dropped by the Bears. The Calrissians will contend for the end spot in the playoffs, but I can't see them competing with the Billikids for the top spot.

Suspension FC appear to just be a little better at eash position in this match-up, and that will see them get by this week, though the Hammers have a lot of guys with upside on their bench who could help them improve throughout the season, the Hammers downside is that they are in the tougher Herbert division where they will have to play DRUG & RMTC and will then probably compete with Usos, Calrissians, Boars for a chance to knock off one of the top teams. DRUG will be hoping that their players return from suspension on fire and end up topping the charts for the season..

Point to note: Why did I trade away all my RBs? L.Murray, D.Martin, Lev Bell etc...

Kevin White (LCAL) - Is questionable with Hamstring, but expected to play

Rob Gronkowski (MET) - is OUT for this week, will mean Martellus Bennett (LCAL) will start at TE

Pharoh Cooper (LAR) - is OUT for Week 1 with a shoulder injury

Josh Doctson (GAUL) - is questionable for this week with ongoing Achilles issues

Matt Jones (USOS) - is questionable for this week with a shoulder injury.

Markus Wheaton (MET) - is OUT for Week 1 with a shoulder injury, will see Eli Rogers (NUCK), Sammie Coates (RMTC) & DHB (FA) will get more play against the Skins.

Devante Parker (AY) - Officially listed as questionable this week, but sounds like he will be OUT as coach has been quoted as saying "He isn't close to playing"

Jay Ajayi (AY) - is OUT, was left home this week, not sure if their was an injury, it sounds like he was pissed at losing starting job to Foster and isn't doing full work.

Christine Michael (RMTC) - will START this weekend, meaning Thomas Rawls (LCAL) will play, but not as the main back.

Jimmy Graham (LOHA) - is Questionable for Week 1 still recovering from his patella tendon injury (Remember V.Cruz missed 2 entire seasons with that same injury)

Jeff Janis (FAIR) - listed as Questionable this week

Chris Hogan (DRUG) & Malcolm Mitchell (SWRL) are both questionable for the Patriots this week.

Golden Tate (LCAL) is questionable for Week 1

Michael Thomas (NP) is listed as questionable for this weekend.

Jamaal Charles (RMTC) is DOUBTFUL for Week 1, Spencer Ware (FAIR) & Charcandrick West (NUCK) will share duties this weekend.

Charles Johnson (SWRL) & Jerick McKinnon (NUCK) are both questionable for the Vikings this weekend.

Maxx Williams (AY) & Dennis Pitta (FA) are both questionable at TE for the Ravens this weekend, with Ben Watson on IR it should leave Crockett Gillmore (USOS) as the starter and main TE this weekend.
