So I think as it stands, Panama will go through on goals scored as they have same differential.
Panama win and mexico loss is what we want.

Panama have a higher goals scored than Mexico so if points and GD are even they will go through.

All hell will break loose if Mexico don't finish fourth. I would fear for the safety of anyone in that country! I hope Panama can hold on but I think the US will pull it back in the second half. I also think that Mexico will step up their game and win their game. Hopefully I'm wrong though! Cmon Costa Rica and Panama!

Mexico won't be able to finish higher than 4th, unless they rack up a 5-1 win or something, and even then Jamaica would need to beat Honduras. This won't happen.
The only scenario in which Mexico will miss out is if they lose and Panama win.
