A decision on Barbarouses and marquee status yet to be confirmed. That decision will be made once the club gets closer to confirming its squad. There might be more light shed on this situation later today with another announcement (not from Sydney).

Seems the CBA changes today made a rather large gap under the cap for Sydney to sign Kosta, no wonder why they were throwing big money at him and Krishna.

That's actually quite a good article.

I guess I was so gutted with him leaving us that I forgot how little game time he got for us and how that would have affected his development.

That's actually a fair point - 20 games over 3 years really isn't much is it, especially for someone of his talent.

Yeah, Kosta leaving that time was fair enough, and most thought similar at the time - much the same as Tyler Boyd, who barely got any time either. Rojas was different.

Also, if his attitude was bad, do you think Ange and Musc*nt would have given him that much playing time?
All I was saying is that I never really stopped and thought how he would have felt about it all.

And to be frank, we haven't had a great track record of giving youth a chance in previous years. The tide is definitely changing now.
