Great stuff Grimsby Town. Beat Solihull Motors 2-1 in ET!
3 Kiwis in League Two next year. Crocombe joins Smith & Tzanev.

They did it tough Grimsby. All 3 playoff wins on the road. First on pens, last two both in ET. Great Northern grit!

Grimsby, who were moments away from being knocked out in the first play-off eliminator against Notts County, are the first side to finish as low as sixth to be promoted from the National League since the play-off format was restructured.

First team to finish 6th and still win promotion. Well done Mariners. Up with Stockport County whom have already sold over 1,000 season tickets.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

The Ruf, The Ruf, The Ruf is on Fire!!

League Two will have three kiwis next season. Crocombe at Grimsby, Tzanev at Wimbledon and Smith at Colchester. There’s also the semi Kiwi/Aussie/Scot Jack Iredale in the division above.

Good to see him doing well over in the UK. Very popular figure around the place it seems. Go well in League Two son!

Going pretty decent guns so far this season isn't he?
In all competitions:
12 games played
11 conceded
6 clean sheets
2nd best defensive record in League Two behind pace setters Leyton Orient, who won 2-0 over Grimsby on opening day.

Excellent form to start the campaign, obviously a lot more footy to be played, but they're certainly not rolling over for anyone after being promoted.

Love how he comes across on social media too, always gives a good shout out to the fans after matches whether they're playing home or away. Seems a very popular player for the club and the fans bloody well love him too.
