Yes, you are of course right, but Jono is not claiming to be gauranteeing anything. He is merely restating his prediction, as stated a few times earlier in the thread that, once CCM signed Vernes, you would hear it announced the following day that the dispute over WeeMac had been resolved.

I still won't believe it till it happens. CCM can just let the matter drag like they have been doing. It isn't hurting them at all.
