The big bet of the weekend that I missed out on is Nottingham Forest to beat Blackpool on Saturday.  Blackpool only had about 8 players (none of whom were goalkeepers) just over a week ago. They were paying £1.80, but have now come into £1.30.  Don't know if the TAB are aware of the situation, but the odds maybe better in NZ.

Easy money from the TAB at the top of the page: West Ham: 3.35.

Could be set up with Fritz Wieners for life.

Villa paying $12 to win at Chelsea, a tenner on them and a tenner on West Ham, would solve a few problems if they came in.

What odds are they offering on that. Pretty tempting just for the hell of it.

Just to be pedantic, Perth are NOT tipped to finish lower than us... it is just the odds to WIN the league. Which is an all or nothing thing, you wither win it, or you don't win it. Perth are at longer odds to win the league, but that does not mean there are any odds being offered on them finishing below (or above) us. Nor is it that they are even favourites to finish bottom (although they might be, but that would be a different set of odds).

In other words, the differing odds to win the league are not the same thing as a prediction of the final league standings / the order the teams will finish in.

Just chucked a lazy fiver on Fulham to get promoted this season, at odds of 14/1.

At the top of the website Jests are $4.50 against Spurs.  Pretty generous given that they will have to fly at record speeds to make a 2:30 am kick off NZ time after playing at RoF at 5 pm today.

I think the draw looks tempting however (if they can make it to kick off)

Frankie, would newcastle be worth putting a tenner on for the win against Chelsea? $7.00 isn't too bad and they are a form side I believe or are Chelsea just too good for everyone at the moment?

I my (very, very un-expert) opinion, it is worth a punt. Chelsea have lost up there the last couple of times that they have played there.
