at least when i buy lotto tickets that are 'not a winning ticket', i don't blame myself!

I had $20 on the draw yesterday in the WeeNix v TW game @ $4.25. Put it on after team sheets were tweeted seeing Boxall, Italiano, etc.

I thought I was onto the winner until Feneridis wonder goal. I was behind the goal - it really was a beaut.

Not too unhappy with TW win (in fact, I couldn't really lose yesterday).

So after being $10.50 cash rich and then throwing it all away in a moment of madness I have clawed back up to being $13 sheer profit, with another $2 on Australia to win the Asian Cup which would give me $19.50.

For the QFs I will have to go with Korea, Japan and Aus, but undecided about Iran/Iraq (Iran should do it based on previous).

After the disaster that was South Korea vs. Kuwait I have clawed my way back from just $6 back to $138.40

Now considering the 1/4 finals of the Asian Cup.

So I have just put $10 on Iran and $5 on Japan.

I'm now wavering with the others as I think draws are quite possible.

The African Cup of Nations has been a betting graveyard for me, but last night I won money on Hearts U-21s beating Hibs U-21s after they scored a 93rd minute penalty to make it 3-2.

Newcastle to win vs reds @$8 is a good shot

Uzbek @ $17 to win the thing is a good outside bet IMO.

Bugger. In the end I went for a win to Korea.

After these two matches I netted 50c. I need Iran and Japan to regain some momentum tomorrow otherwise I won't be able to retire on my TAB winnings for another 256 years.

What does it mean when it says more then 1.5 goals ??

2 goals or more. The .5 is to take away any ambiguity. 

I'm not sure if you are being serious or not...

anyway...

0 and 1 are less than 1.5 so you would lose.

2 goals is greater than 1.5 so you would win. 

It lessens the outcomes to either win or lose (no more draw results)

It would be a punt. I would expect Adelaide to get up over a shambolic Jest .

Clawed back some of my losses by backing TeeDubs as well.

Not going to do anything on the A-League until the next round as the break clearly does crazy things to teams (e.g. Adelaide and Sydney).

Had a bit of a panic reaction after the Asian Cup QFs and thought about putting shekels on Spurs but then remembered they were playing at home to Leicester so anything was possible.
