Twice in fact. There was contact of course but both times he was blatantly acting. Faking injuries. MRP, two weeks please.

Fuck this stupid game

Does anyone else think that the time on/off scrum rule in league is the stupidest rule in sport?

No

I don't understand how that is a pro foul. The ball popped up and burt went to kick it and maloney only just tackled him after he had kicked it.
over 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
I guess it's because Burt wasn't really in possession of the ball when he was tackled.

A penalty yeah, but not a sin binning.

Just my opinion.

No worry's, were fine. 26-6, 10 mins to go
over 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
Warriors win 26-12.

Now for the Roosters to loose against the Cowboys? yeah right

Kind of fitting for Cayless to score the last try for them- his first since 2007?! Very enjoyable game tonight, we are looking very very good at the moment.

Come on NQF tonight.

Saw it in a store the other day and picked up the box to have a look, and when I saw the stills on the back cover dropped it and ran for my life...looked absolutely terrible.

I heard the story about this one: apparently the working class lads (ie South Sydney) used to have to go out and clear the rabbits off the field before they could play. When they found one, or a warren or something, they would yell out 'rabbitoh', so the rest would come running over.

Have no idea if that is true or not.

Was going to hire this out yesterday, but checked the trailer out 1st and it looked like crap. The last league game I played you would make a break with a fast winger and you could be caught by a prop.
over 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
The old ones were crap, don't expect this one to be any different. Its quite a hard sport to convert into a video game, especially a quick arcade style one.

Allegedly

Have you noticed they haven't made any new rugby games?

Gutted to see no Rangi Chase in the training squad for the Four Nations, top in try assists, and 2nd in tackle busts in the Super League, despite being in a team that didnt make the play offs.

Not a bad squad there, Just not a lot of pace. But we have never really had genuine pace.
over 15 years ago · edited over 13 years ago
They are also checking the avaliablity of Ta'ai And Tony Williams.

Could you imagine Vatuvei on one wing and T-Rex on the other??

Because they cant beat Jonah Lomu rugby. The new ones are all about set pieces, you pick your play, the game acts it out for you, then the winning of the rucks is random.

Jonah was arcade style, and much more exciting and free flowing. There was also a certain skill involved in winning rucks and finding gaps in the backline.

The new games have none of that.

Oh Jonah Lomu Rugby was the best. Wish they made something similar to that on ps3
