ESPN:

4 minutes of adds, then an announcement that they "are advancing through this coverage due to time constraints after these next four minutes of adds".

Then they advance the coverage eight minutes... wtf ?  Why not just show the coverage instead of interminable promotions and ESPN stings ?  f**kers.

Worse when it comes to Basketball and Baseball, Games with stoppages that tend to go over there allocated time and since they never extended replays time you sometimes end up missing a whole quarter if it goes to over time or a couple of innings

I'm not Uber sorry.... but it was about them getting rid of the adult training / night learning stuff... Seemed a reasonable crowd actually for a horrible day. Not that the relevant minister saw them, she stayed inside in the warm.

If it were true that there's all these "Dial-A-Protestors" that always go to every cause then there wouldn't be so many protests with only 5-10 people at them...

What is adult training?  Surely it is just 1) turn on camera, 2) put **** into ****, 3) jiggle about for a few seconds, 4) turn camera off.

1) Sky TV and it's A-League coverage

2) Constant re-runs of Friends on TV2

3) When the batteries run out on your remote control and you don't have new ones to replace them

4) People walking too closely behind me in the street, Lambton Quay and Willis Street seem to be the hotspots for this behaviour

5) My alarm going off, every morning Mon-Fri

6) When I get on the bus to find that my ipod battery has ran out

7) Being charged $3.90 for a can of Irn Bru at NZ Lotto on Lambton Quay

8) Bus drivers who allow the bus to become so packed that it is like an obstacle course trying to get off the thing

9) Entertainment Book vouchers for Dominos Pizza no longer working despite being valid till June 2010

10) Girls who witter on about wrestling being fake (yes, I know it is!) but who then proceed to watch The Hills et al and think it's real

Not only gum but eating food with their mouths open.  Very annoying to say the least.
