BNU and IB - both proving they should have or stayed relegated last season.

Still can't believe we only got 1 point off BNU last year, ugh

Victory came at a cost. The injury to your keeperin the first half when their strike came thru boots up is a bit worse than thought. -fractured thumb out 4-6 weeks p0ossbily.
Oh and apologies on the score. Asked one of your reserves what the actual score was but should have paid attention myself.skylab892010-06-05 20:05:34

Wainui on a recruitment spree lately.  Must be blowing the budget.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

I suspect performances may change in some squads due to personnel heading over to S.A (rumours i've heard). Same in other leagues but will be interesting to see how it goes.

They might be leaving their run a bit late. Can't see anybody catching the top 2.

Yeah very disappointing end to a good run.
Wellington score line went 1 nil up, 1-1, 2-1 up, then Olympic pulled one back level again 2-2. Finally Olympic grabbed the lead for the first time in the game and held onto it till the final whistle 3-2 Olympic.

United did well considering they had to replace their keeper (broken thumb), centre back (uni exam), midfield (illness), left mid (exam), right mid (exam) and striker (exam) before going into the game. They will however be on fire again against Karori next weekend.

Didn't take long for the excuses to start Wgtn were out classed Wgtn 1st goal an og Olympic also hit the post 3 times and crossbar you were lucky it wasn't 7-2. And Olympic were under strength as well

LOL what happened to.....

"Has anyone seen Mattiaus Klautt play? My god he's like a young Loathar Matthaus. There is nothing this boy can't do!
And after young Emiliano Tade's debut for WU at the weekend against Olympic and bagging himself a brace, it won't be too long before he has his debut with the 1st team"

do i need to say anything more..... or were youi playing up in new plymouth?

admit it, u just hate United too. Should have been 3 1 United at HT, would have changed the whole game. Olympic were the better side in the 2nd half and we also got hit on the counter several times when we were chasing the equaliser. Tht's why Oly had all those missed chances. Good on them, they are a good side and deserve to be top. Big Result for Wainui though and they must have strengthened, maybe they can take some points off Oly.

you have got the wrong end of the stick. lamma isn't matthias.

emi was in new plymouth. Matthias has gone back to germany/america to continue playing footy there.

and on the 2nds result we were sh*t.

I also think the refs idea "Im not going to card anyone for clumsychallenges" is a bit flawed.

but thats beside the point we were sh*t in the 2nd half
