Saw the IBU 2nds coach performing when they played BNU at Te Whaea, to say he was being obnoxious would be kind.  Picked on the BNU coach who was right to give him a right mouthful that put him in his box.  Not the sort of behaviour you expect from coaches.  The IBU lads seemed to be good as there was no spite in the game.

Surprised they would use 5, it holds water really badly on that side of the drain, closer to it from the northern edge of 5 is even worse.

Yeah bit of a stitch up. I figured they'd give us something semi playable considering the smaller amount of games played on a sunday. Probably looking at a mid-weeker on an artificial now, which is fine by me.

Yeah, weird they didn't schedule you guys to play the catch up today, like they did with Cap 5.

Just saw the latest table and what's this about?
* Miramar Rangers deducted 3 points for not using allocated ground
Massive 3 points as it takes them from 5th equal (6th on GD) to last!
What's the deal?

wtf so they've been deducted the three points but those points have been given back to kapiti?

Somehow I don't think it's going to be the end of this. Something tells me Miramar will appeal it.

So Capital Football have made that call, obviously. And, obviously, they had an employee (referee) there, who would have had some say in what ground it was played on, surely?

Both teams and ref decided miramar 3 was unplayable so we played on miramar 1

My understanding is that there was already a game on #3 which would made the game after unplayable. But there was no game on #1. So wouldn't it make sense to play the game on #1.

From what I understand 1 was closed and they were told this by capital football when they asked for a transfer. The Baggies2011-06-26 15:26:26

"Sense" dosent come it. The council make the call on if a field is open or closed and how many games can be played on it, not Capital Football.

I still don't get why Kapiti get the points for the game, sure deduct Miramar for the f**k up, but doesn't change the fact that Kapiti lost 7-1?

When BNU reserves played University at 'home' (Endeavour) we played on the wrong ground and Uni were never deducted points....

when was that?
Wouldn't be surprised if that was CF way of apologizing for letting us play so many "home" games at Happy Valley or even better Crawford Green! As well as not giving our 1st team a run on KP for 10 games this year, while Women's Div 3 games from other clubs have been transferred on to KP!

It wouldve been a few weeks ago now, 4 or 5 maybe? And yeah our home games are at Happy Valley as well, il put $50 on that ground being unplayable for the rest of the season, wont stop CF from keeping us on it though. Oh and gotta love that pine tree hanging 6 foot off the ground, 4 foot over the sideline...

In this Cap 1 instance the ref shouldve been under instruction as to which field should be used. Simple. Points shouldnt be deducted.

Giving the three points to KCU was very, very wrong

So what punishment was handed down to the ref?
One would assume he would be stood down for a month at least!
Or am I making an ass out of u and me?

Barry Tasker to administer a firm spanking?

That may be enjoyable for the ref concerned, however sterner disciplinary action is required to prevent this from recurring. After all 'the ref is always right', as he/she is the sole adjudicator of the match and should be held liable.

I wish Wgtn Utd all the best of luck this week as you have Naenae and thier ref on thier sensational surface that is Naenae Park. May the force be with you and make sure you be extra nice to thier  ref or youll pay the ultimate price. GOOD LUCK Chuckie2011-06-30 14:37:19

Naenae is a tough enough place to get out of alive without your ref wanting to kill you as well

I see you're just as unafraid to open your mouth and say retarded sh*t on the internet just as much as you do in other peoples clubrooms. It's ok, everyones reputation preceeds them and yours is well... not much to say about that is there.

I did nt say f*k all in your clubrooms bro, just had a bit of a laugh at your coaches (a good friend of mine) comments about playing all the football when no football was possable on your lovly #1 ground and the reff having a great game.

and whats the point in hiding behind your computer, who are you?
or who cares??

and use my comment about enjoying cap 2 as motivation numb nuts

mate you were rude and obnoxious after the game and during the speeches, as for the pitch it wasn't much worse than when we played on your sh*thole number 3 one of the first games of the season, if you want to know who I am, I'm sure you can find out, it's not difficult. I think someones a bit sour you only managed to take a point off us all season. It's pretty ridiculous a coach of reserves team at a well established club comes on here and makes an absolute tool of himself. I think you should just give up while your ahead, numb nuts.

sour no, dissapointed yes, you definitly had a better side when we met in the second round thats for sure and i wish your coach all the best he has recruited well, ya just need some full backs now as they arnt up for cap 1.

as for your beloved pitch, m8 that is a health an safty issue as one half is almost unplayable due to puddled water massive amounts of sand and 4 or 5 large pot holes, as for our sh*thole, thats our training pitch we played on as the place was a constrution site when you guys came.

hopfully your club can spend some of your grants $$ on ya pitch and not ya players as the kids of Naenae need somewhere they can expess themselfs. you have a large number of africans living out your way and they have some amazing skills that they cant showcase in the mudbath you have out there.

rude and obnoxious is my middle name, no point in suger coating the truth numb nuts
