Well, this is directed straight at you: cry me a river.
Great to see a bit of genuine club passion instead of an endless stream of mercenaries.
Would you instil this particular "genuine club passion" in your U17 players, in front of all those parents who turn out to watch every weekend? Surely not
So your issue is that he swore? Or that he doesn't like your club?
The first one I can see your point, although it's extremely puritanical. Players swear, both at U17 level and senior level.
The second one I don't see any issue with. He likes his club, and doesn't like yours. Happy days.
If you're upset by that, then good, it shows that you love your club and don't like him having a crack at it. That's a good thing. Football is a game of passion.
And that's my last on this, it's diverted too much chat already.
This weekend there are two brilliant clashes: Petone/Lower Hutt (3.30pm @ Petone Memorial) and Olympic/Miramar (5.45pm @ Wakefield). Can't wait.
Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.
