Macarthur are probably last on my watchability rankings. They are a solid team but nothing about them excites me.

Would be huge for us if the Jets could get up tonight.

Ugakovic is starting for them, they are a much better team when he plays. so anything is possible.

We don't have to playVictory again do we? Seem to be playing a bit. A real banana skin potential.

I am away for work tonight and the motel has the game between Sydney FC and Melbourne Victory on right now.  It is such a poor quality game that it is almost embarrassing.  The Blues are yet to get out of the first gear after scoring in the 6th minute, while the Victry would probably be comfortably beaten by our Welnix kids judging by their miserable performance so far.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Sydney 1-0 up with 10 mins to play. Victory are creating chances but can finish a sandwich. Neither can Kosta going the other way.

Agreed both teams don't look great. Imagine having Kambosa as your striker, I'd rather have Alex Rufer as a goal scoring threat.

Terrible call by the VAR to overturn the penalty imo. Hingert knew exactly what he was doing there, he used the interpretations to deliberately block the ball with his forearm.

Wish they would fix the interpretations so that is just handball regardless of where arm situated.

I can understand why King overturned it but just doesn't feel right when you see Hingert watching the ball come towards him and he pushes his arm towards it.

Parsons scores his first ever goal, 0-3. This kid is scoring for fun in the Qld NPL, he looks like one to watch out for.

Thanks for nothing Mariners. It's a reminder of how difficult it will be to for us to snare a spot in the playoffs unless results go our way.

Classy display by Roar.

Have the wheels fallen off at CCM. they are 6 points above us with 7 games to play. Can we catch them?
Maybe Roar did us a favour.

2ndBest threw out that possibility on Twitter last night, if we are gonna challenge for a Top Six spot, it will be close.

City v Jets tonight, would be massive if the Jets could pull off a huge upset.

End to end but not much quality in the final third.

Sanchez was just shown a second yellow card & he is furious.

A similar time of the match to when they got a red vs us; I can't say I didn't enjoy it (particularly Rudan's reaction) even it was arguably soft. It will be interesting if Adelaide plays the 2nd half smarter than we did against ten men - I expect they will.

Might be just me but I feel teams don't get as defensive if a midfielder or forward gets sent off. If you lose a defender, a striker gets stubbed off almost immediately but it doesn't happen for players further up the park.

Western will still park the bus but Adelaide will have a ton if space in the middle of the park. Something we didn't really get.

wow overturned by the VAR. As much as I want WU to lose I feel like decisions that close really shouldn't be offside.
