I am trying to get on a stream in a hotel in Osaka, Japan, any workable links?

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

You feel the quake? Hope all is ok for you and those around you.

Thanks for caring - I am really touched, seriously.

The quake was quite far away from Osaka, literally hundreds of kms south from here, on the island of Kyushyu.

However, the TV news I've just seen show very familiar scenes, after all I live in Christchurch.

There is considerable damage, but quite localised, and away from any large (by Japanese standards) population centres.

about 20 people are confirmed dead, and there are quite a few damaged buildings, with some wooden buildings thrown to bits.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

I hope it is not a sign of something worse to come. Fingers crossed. Now if only the Roar would score an 89th minute winner.

For the first 60 mins Roar were rubbish but long before Melbourne were down to 10 thet seemed to get their game together. Stupid yellow for kicking the ball away, but that is how it goes.

If Roar can play 90 mins like they played the last 30, then they will be in with a chance.

Great comeback from the Roar. To bad for our two new boys, good motivation to win it next year. When the Roar after 30 min started to play I always thought they gonna win.

A bit worrying that Finkler showed his soft centre again by not challenging for that header. Final minutes of the game and that is the kind of challenge he produces..

Think that we've seen the best of Finkler in the A-League already, really hope i'm wrong. Can anyone think of an import that changed club that was successful? Flores who failed, who else?

I hardly think Berisha failed. He played 76 games for Roar with 48 goals and 54 games for Victory with 33 goals.

"Can anyone think of an import that changed clubs and was SUCCESSFUL?"

I can't think of anyone else off the top of my head. Rojas maybe if you count him as an import

Flores was never the same after his Chinese stint. Rarely do good imports change clubs, so its a small sample size.

Berisha is a good one; though Brisbane wanted to keep him more than MV seemingly wanted to keep Finkler.

Also good point that most good imports don't move becuase they are valued by their club.

Lots of variables - whether he settles properly, fits into the team structure etc; am a little worried if he's our marquee signing though.

wasn't saying he failed just that he moved.

Melbourne apparently hasn't even tabled an offer yet. Although Gui had also made his feelings felt.

No, you said he and Kosta failed.

No I was saying he has moved. The question wasn't who had failed the question was who had moved from successful teams. The example was Flores who failed.

There were two questions, in fact. You didn't make it clear which one you were answering, which led to this confusion.

Please play nicely, everyone.

There was only one question, which was "Can anyone think of an import that changed [from a] club that was successful." Then the example given was "Flores who failed". And then the question was restated "Who else [changed from a club that was successful]?

The way I read it Valeo wasn't asking for examples of imports that moved clubs and failed, because that wasn't the point, he's looking to see if there is an precedent of Gui not being a dud.
