Must say its a shame the GF is a FFA controlled game. Otherwise the Roar could have offered 2 games for the price of one in order to get more people to this game.

I don't know.  He got the ball but there was no way the player had a chance of staying on his feet with Adnan's leg right across him.

Given most of these players are going down when they feel the breath on their neck, it doesn't surprise me. It was probably a good thing Berisha was subbed off, else he could have gone nuts.

If Adnan had got more of the ball there, I don't think it would have been given.

That wasn't close to Yellow you jingoistic f**ksticks.  He missed him by a metre with his feet and the player went over his body on the ground.  If he'd made contact or been closer maybe.

Even though the result wasn't great, I enjoyed that game. Two very evenly matched teams going at it. What didn't impress me was the constant diving from the Ulsan players. I am very pleased we stamped diving out of the A-League.

It is a shame the delay between winning the ACL spot and competing, I think last season's Roar would do better than this one.

Late own goal gives Adelaide the 1-0 win over Pohang Steelers.
 
CCM down 2-0 to Seongnam with about 25 to go.

Adelaide did really well, the absorbed the pressure from the Steelers and looked good on the counter. Eugene Galekovic made an incredible reflex save to keep the score at 0-0 in the first half.

Mathematically yes, but it will be very hard.

Roar need to win both games and hope one of Ulsan and Tokyo loses both games, and get a better goal difference than the one that loses both.

CCM have it slightly easier, two wins would almost guarantee them a spot in the knockouts.

Surely Adelaide's winner was an OG? Djite was claiming it in the interview!

Funny how Adelaide have been doing well in Asia and the other two teams haven't looked like winning. Both will get another chance next season.

If Glory win on Sunday, Roar won't be in the ACL next year.

I think the ball too a slight touch off Djite's head, which was enough to change the path of the ball into the top corner.

1-0 RADelaide.

McKain in the 41st minute.

Ref is questionable.  Djite cleaned up in the area and no pen, plus the Grampus keeper is looking dodgy as hell.  Meanwhile Galekovic has been outstanding a couple of times.

Also, Watch and Bet has no Slater or Harper.  Yays !
