The Roar  look like they might be spewing at a decision they made a while ago. They decided to cash to cash in on Herringtons sell on clause and its being reported his club are negotiating a $35 million sale, meaning Roar stand to miss out big time.

Yes. Silly of Brisbane Roar to do that & they let young Quinn Macnicol go to Melbourne City too, so Brisbane can't earn money from selling him.

The sell on clause might have had a buyout option for Colorado that they exercised knowing the deal potentially coming.

Not in the article i read it said Brisbane had intiated the buyout hence the reason i said they would pissed.

Two Iranian female footballers who publicly defied their government have become Australian citizens.
