Tinkler skipped court and warrant out for his arrest

Blue = Home

White = Away

Gold = 3rd Kit

Why do they have a different sponsor on the away kit?

Hey don't knock it, it's the first time in years they've had propper sponsors.

3rd kit is gold to appease the supporters who were fudgeed off when Tinkler changed the colours to Red and Blue.

Cant imagine too many occassions they will need it

Apparently finalising a deal to sell the club to an "international group" but the ink won't be dry by the start of the season. I wonder if it's that Dundee bunch? Or Red Bull - it does give you wings after all?

'Final days for the boganaire' - Nathan Tinkler's story: from broke to billionaire, and then back again

From $442 mill to just $2000!

Australia's youngest ever billionaire, Tinkler was last week bankrupted over a  $2.8 mill debt on a Dassault Falcon private jet that a former employee said he "loved like a child." That among a string of other debts incl. a $323,000 credit card bill, $9.5 mill owed to a former partner, $11.5 mill to the taxman - and $329mill to global financiers ...

Tinkler "now claims to "have just $2000 to his name".

I'll take my chance because luck is on my side or something...

Her name is Rio, she don't need to understand...

Oh Rio, Rio, hear them shout across the land..."

Didn't they say they'd have a new owner by the start of this season too?

That's the reason they took it over, saw a way to make a few dollars with an easy sale.

Had falling out with Luciano Trani whilst on pre seaon tour of China. Club sided with Trani.

I like Luciano Trani - seems like a nice guy.

Had more clubs than a baby seal. Might be good to see him get the Big Man's spot at Newy.

Chinese owners have cash and are happy to spend it when required. Unlikely it be Trani in my opinion

Miller was the 3rd longest serving coach of the Jets, that really is a shocking statistic for the club.

Dont think that would be a universally welcomed appointment, a few fans are accusing him of stabbing Miller in the back.

Interesting (but unconfirmed) post on the Jets forums, suggest that the problems between Miller & Trani came to a head over a team sheet error in China, this lead to Trani being sent home.
