What’s gone wrong with Theoharous? He was considered highly promising not so long ago right?

And what’s the story with Farrel, on a similar theme?

Farrell was only on loan from Pompey. He has had an injury riddled stint & came home to look for game time in order to try and make the Socceroos WC squad.

I thought Theoharus was pretty useful off the bench but if you spoke to a CCM fan, they reckon he was stealing a wage from them.

CCM's contract situation is a mess as well. there is no one in a position to make any decisions about re-signing players. They are in a holding pattern until a new owner is announced.

RAPIDS turned down 10 million from Barcelona for Luca Herrington, pre world cup.

Apparently Liverpool.keen too

Less than a year after buying him for less than 500k. One hopes there is a massive future sale percentage clause attached to him.

Rapids bought out the sell on clause already. The Roar took $560k.

Roar fans venting here. You would yes be shaking your head

https://www.reddit.com/r/Aleague/comments/1u4gn04/barcelona_launch_official_bid_for_lucas_herrington/

According to the CIES Football Observatory, Herrington’s estimated value is between $23 million and $30 million, so if Barcelona or any other rival team is able to successfully bid on the Australian it would likely be for a record figure.
