Cool thanks for that. Signed up with my name for 2 tickets but my partner would like to have her name on her card, would they do that or would all cards have to have my name?

Never mind, just phoned and spoke to Brenda and sorted that out.

Doesn't seem like it was processed today as not got a confirmation email yet. Hopefully tomorrow.

Sounds like it will be a paper ticket on the weekend for the Mrs as her season pass still hasn't arrived. New one ordered today.

Confirmation email arrived so we are now officially members! Also big thanks to Brenda for adding my partner's name as a member so she'll get a card in her own name.

__STILL__ no tickets here. Hurumph!

Boom!

Got home today and there were 4 season ticket letters in my mail box, all with the right names, right seats, right rows, right aisles etc.

Result.

Probably mentioned earlier in the thread, but when does your credit card get charged? Presumably when they send the card out to you?

That can't be right. Sure they haven't actually sent you four child's tickets?

Nope, 2 adults, and 2 children. As expected in our family pass.

It varies. When their finance people process it. Seems to hapopen in batches. For some people the next day after ordering, for others weeks later.

Thanks for that. Looks like my card has been charged overnight although bit confused as it should have been 2 silver season tickets ($189 x 2 = $378) plus 1 booking fee ($8.25) equals $386.25 but I've been charged $395.89. Anyone know what the extra $9.64 is for?

Is it too much to hope that the cards may have been posted out yesterday too?

Permalink Permalink

Actually that works out to 2.5% so sounds like it was probably a credit card fee, will clarify with them.

That sounds about right, but worth confirming.

Yeah, it will be the CC fee.

Yep emailed and got a quick reply from Brenda confirming it was a credit card fee.

I ordered yesterday - how do I get an e-ticket in the likely event I don't get my card on time? I'm assuming 'call Brenda' might be the only answer though.....?

I spoke to Brenda on Monday to check on my tickets, which at that point hadn't arrived. She said to me then: "If you don't have them by Friday morning, call us and we ill email you ezytickets for Sunday's game."

I expect the same applies to you...

It'll be the credit card fee that Ticketek charge. It's ridiculous, I know.

And i still havent bought mine yet. I know a few who also havent. A good result on Sunday will further increase sales me thinks - the reality that its all happening in Wellington will kick in and a few more will be sold

According to the club it does. But how many club members are there really? A few hundred? And aren't they just free money?

Quick update, 442 changed the Mariners last year memberships up so we are still just below 90% of last year but about 150 in front of the same time... we must be a bunch of real tight arses as we have sold over 800 memberships this week not counting today everyone leaving the GA membership to the last...

Over 97 K OMG where are the doom sayers now ... I think the Nix are over 600 in front of the same time last year and should pan out to I think over 4.2 K which would be a massive % increase and similar to AU & City ...

Adelaide United: 6,517 …(6,415)…(101.59%)

Brisbane Roar: 11,061 …(8,112)…(136.35%)

Central Coast Mariners: 5,140 …(5,960) …(86.24%)

Melbourne City: 9,002 …(7,307)… (123.19%)

Melbourne Victory: 21,141 …(22,021)… (96.00%)

Newcastle Jets: 7,891 …(10,115)… (78.01%)

Perth Glory : 4,615 …( 5,000)…(92.30%)

Sydney FC: 10,788 …(10,841)…(99.51%)

Wellington Phoenix: 3,611 …( 3,500)…(103.17%)

WSW: 17,274 …(16,904)…(102.19%)

Total = 97,040
