There is merit to what you are saying but in so far as how far do you go to let someone be a dickhead? 

Essentially if you are going to go down that road, the guy would have to be such an undeniable talent that it guarantees you a title, perhaps like a Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whom is a right fudgewit but massively talented. 

The flip side is that if you don't win, you could set off massive infighting and torch your own team for the sake of one asshole that gets you nothing.

Or we could just recruit players based on ability rather than trying to get 'an hothead who doesn't do the touchy feely stuff' in.

Sarpong vs my boy Rory Fallon

 - Christ vs Jesus, 

Sarpong, 27, 130 matches 10 goals from midfield, 

Rory, 33, 350ish matches 70 odd goals - as target man.

Gai Assulin looks to have an injury history. I know thats not a big deal when you look at Nathan Burns but if teams are wary of signing him because of that, then thats something to consider.

At 24, when you consider where he has been, then I suspect injury(s) could be an issue.
