Nice to see we are on par with an aussie club. I know it's the Mariners and apart from our whole license saga thing they're in just as bad shape as us, but its still nice. Adelaide is only on about 5k, so we are doing not too bad really

WTF, I just an email from the club saying I have not purchased my season ticket yet. At the meet the players day, I renewed mine and bought Micki his youth one. DOH. I've emailed Becky, but I hope this is not YET another Ticketec screw up!

If you believe Wikipedia, last season there were a total of 118,418 members - of which the Phoenix had 5,289.
8 days till kick off and as per normal it's squeaky bum time as I await the arrival of my and Micki's Season passes. Why do they always leave it so late?
Got my first season ticket in many years, stopped getting them due to not being able to get to many games with other commitments, but got a free schedule this summer.
Excitement levels increasing, bring on next Sunday!

Last year I just brought my confirmation email to the ticket booth and they printed me a paper ticket until the card arrived.

Firstly you have a squeaky bum until Friday hoping it arrives, then you print off a paper ticket after ringing ticketec to email you one once they have confirmed that you are being honest with them

Skip whatever Saturday game you're thinking of and turn up on Sunday instead would be my tip.

Similar here. Two Foundations and one Season membership booked back in August in the one transaction.

This morning, the delivery tracking showed it delivered, so I popped up to the mail box with just a little excitement.
XXXX's (my) foundation membership card has not arrived. Nor my wife's.
Only my friend's Season membership has arrived.
I am guessing the Foundation members' caps are late arriving. But their organisation to have stuff to us in a timely fashion and communication around that is again poor. Same old same old. Another season another less than perfectly functioning membership process.
Minor in the scheme of things, so long as we win the league.

odd, my foundation members pack arrived last week - my sons silver renewal card and pack did not. It astounds me that ticketek fail to get this right each year - they have one job and its like there are 25,000 packs being sent out.
