If I don't hear back by this time tomorrow I'll call.  From my experience Becky probably falls into the Brenda at Ticketek category.

For your information, Jan @ticketec is Brenda's sister and is just as helpful as Brenda was (Retired).

Still haven't received mine.

Just contacted them by email (members@wellingtonphoenix.com) with a screenshot of my receipt kindly letting them know I haven't received my season ticket and if they could send me a temp one until its sorted.

Got a reply back and they will email me a digital copy of my membership card.

Yep, agree with that.  I've (needed to) ring both of them over the years.

Cheers Sancho and Lonegunman.  Useful to know people are hearing back quickly from that email address.

I used the same email address late this morning, and haven't heard back yet.  There's a possible reason why they haven't responded yet to me, so I'll wait till tomorrow before I call.

I know this has been a relatively recent problem, but over the course of the Nix's existence has there always been issues with Ticketek/Ticketec?

Only for about 13 seasons. Just as you get pumped for the impending first game and are exicted, you get your enthusiasm ripped out and replaced with frustration because of some issue.

There have been issues with season ticketing in one form or another since season one so its not a recent issue at all.Thats why people are so frustrated as its been happening for so long its even cost memberships in some cases as people just prefer not to deal with it.

The annoying thing is you could probably attend cheaper by hanging out for all the special offers and freebies given away yet many of us still by memberships why because we are bloody mad.

Got two of mine, but missing the new one for my son that got him this year. So appears they have done the renewals separate from the new tickets.

Of the three I renewed we got a season member renewal but not the two Foundation member renewals.

The letter said mine was on the way.  My mate's, who I book for, turned up.

So along with renewals done separate from new, the foundation renewals done separate from the general renewals... lol

Yep.  And they cannot send out an email that vaguely reflects reality.  Your membership is in the mail.  Yeh right, Domey.  You don't have a clue what's going on do you.

Domey is not the problem. I would imagine right now, he is more involved in the contracts and signings. Cut him some slack. Why not have a go at the owners, they too must be aware of our ticketing issues.

Finally decided to renew. The process took under 5 minutes on phone and tickets for Sunday sent in under 10 mins. I’ll ignore the auto-renewal fiasco of a couple of weeks ago and not being registered as a Foundation Member. Pays not to be an early re-adopter

Dome is the GM.  Unless there is some crazy unusual organisation model, he is responsible for the Club operations and reports to the Board/Owners.  He's the one who is supposed to put in place and manage the resources and contracts to deal with this AND player contracts and signings.  And everything else that needs to be done.  That's his job.  The Board and Owners are there to provide the funding and to appont and oversee the performance of the GM.

It's been eleven years.  How much slack do you want to give?

Must admit I nearly didn’t renew as I’m wholeheartedly sick of the renewal fiasco returning season ticket holders are subjected to every season

Even though I received an email reply yesterday I'm still getting that squeaky bum feeling about this.. Was hoping to get tickets for my parents and brother who are down here this weekend, not getting them until I have mine.

Ordered my season ticket last Wednesday. Got a digital copy of it to scan this weekend via email today. Winning.

Just received a printable version of my season ticket card for (Foundation) membership #570, having put the order in on 14 August.

And it's still over in Aisle 12 - hope they let me sit in the seat I've paid for this year. The way they closed off half the ground where people had paid to sit without organising replacement seats was the main reason I got close to not renewing this year. Got sick of getting moved on by people who'd paid to sit in their seats without being able to do the same for my own seat.

Might be easier to try and get some of the free tickets they are giving away than get the season pass i have paid for.

The second email's arrived saying the same as the last one.  So hopefull that means the rest of our memberships are on the way.

But I also had another email search and found an early October email, with an update on memberships and digital copies to use if required.

Man the Nix Six is a terrible idea.

I bought one for my dad and am having a colossal series of issues with Ticketek getting the info needed.  It's also insane levels of stupid you cant book your tickets online or over the phone.  You have to take voucher in to a ticketek office.

I bought because my old man lives at the other end of the Wairarapa and thought the threat of wasting money would convince him to come to at least 6 games.  Getting info out of ticketek has been like pulling teeth, and now that I have all the info, I realize it was a bad choice.

I shouldn't have bought the Nix Six, I should have just bought him a ticket to a game if he turned up which may have been 1 or 2, as based on how much attitude and lack of customer service I am getting from ticketek, it appears to be their preference.

When talking to Ticketec, ask for Jan. She knows what she is doing like her sister before her - Brenda.
