any idea what username means. Normally this is email, but not for this. Then I tried number on pass and that is wrong as well. What “name” are they after? How can I phone Brenda ? She was great ?

You username is your membership number otherwise can contact ticketek Nix membership help on 09 336 5247 and speak to Jan

Did you save your email from last season when you brought a ticket? Mine was on there and it started phx and then a five digit number (mine started with 7). You just use the numbers, dropping the PHX.

Oh well Patrick, that's less money for them as fans find that the competition across the road charging only $15 will be creaming it. What would they rather have? 500 cars paying $10 or 50 cars paying $20. Keep it cheaper and make a profit or keep it expensive and make a loss??

Still, $30 for non ST holders is the biggest wrought yet, considering my earlier comment about what other stadia are charging.

I see WCC is about to remove free parking on weekends with enforcement starting on September the 8th. Wonder what sort of affect this and will shark loads of people get tickets for parking over their 2 hour limit.Council will make heaps in fines at some of the bigger events at the stadium.

Most games will be played inside the free parking times, so you can likely just park up, pay through to 6pm (costing $5) and then you have free parking for the rest of the evening. While it will affect people, I can't see it making a huge enough difference that fines are being handed out left right and center.

Will the upcoming changes to parking in the CBD affect the area around the stadium?

Will the upcoming changes to parking in the CBD affect the area around the stadium?

Meterd Parking:

The fee of $2.50 per hour would be charged in all areas (2,638 parks) with a weekday rate of $3 and above, and a rate of $1.50 per hour in all outskirt areas (358 parks) with a weekday rate of less than $3.

Weekend parking enforcement will start on September 8 after the bylaw is rubber-stamped by the council on Wednesday.

Pretty cheap if you walk or bus

Was going to mention train option, but you beat me to it.

Think there are many who would love the option of walking or being able to jump on a bus or train but due to circumstances and where they are traveling from these options are not viable. Great to see some of you have empathy for those people.

Bring back Brenda having all sorts of trouble logging onto account to renew. So email club to get an email back saying to use my membership number. Except the number they give me is not the membership  number i have used since season one. Seems they have just tossed aside some foundation members numbers and issued new ones. WTF

if you use the last email address you used with Nix ticket purchase - Using the renew link in the membership section it should give you a reset password option  - just tested - worked

Nope but I’ve been told I can buy a normal club membership instead for 3x the price. Woohoo.

Sorted at last blew. If it was that easy would have sorted ages ago. Number the club gave me claimed I had joined in 2013 when fact us I was one of the first 500 to become a member. Not sure if it was the club or ticketec who had wrong info. Seems they had about 3/4 different membership numbers. Have been told it's been sorted at last but then have been told that before.

There's a price set there - $35, and '1 ticket to 1 match played in Auckland'.

I bought my "Northern Membership" while the site was up earlier than it was supposed to be. There had better be a game in Auckland then!

If it's anything like last season the location will be a surprise reserved for a week before kickoff.

Except the train home after the game leaves Wellington Station at a time that is after the time I get home to Upper Hutt. Why wait around for an hour for an hour long train trip when I can leave the stadium and be home within 30 mins whilst driving to the speed limit??

I did not renew yet because I know it will be take more than 10 min and digging in old emails, phone calls and other confusing things.

I was brave and tried...credit card issues and no money pulled from my account. Now I’m on my phone webbrowser at home and try again and use the link from their website and that link goes into 3 second a loop and ends with warriors link error? It is very sad.

Tried to renew online, didn't look like it was going to confirm old seats like in previous years so rang Jan on the hotline.

She mentioned that aisle 22 was blocked out and not available for sale. She wasn't sure why. (we sit just above the tunnel to the field)

I said that would be a problem as a bunch of us have all sat together, we would like to continue that and can she check on some of the group. She said the other group members had paid up but there seating hadn't been allocated.

TLDR: if you have been a previous aisle 22 season ticket holder (like I have since the start) then you probably won't be this year.

Does anyone know if this is they are blocking out some aisles?

Is it because they want a segregation zone between families and Fever Zone? /s

Permalink Permalink

isn't 22 the YF zone? or is it 21? I've sat in 23 since day one and have had no issues. It doesn't make sense to separate the YF zone from "family areas". Besides I always thought the family zone was somewhere on halfway so the separation already existed.

The Zone is Aisles 21 and 22.

Not all of it is YF zone.

We are just below the blue wheelchair bay dot on the left.

Basically, this has never been an issue in any other year and is now an issue.

All I am repeating is what Jan relayed. She can't allocate my old seat and in fact that entire block isn't able to be allocated (might be just the uncovered section though). This seems to be a club instruction.

Obviously they've had to make a new Steven Taylor Fan Club bay.
