Just got email from club saying

""For those who have not yet received the electronic Membership, we have put in place a dedicated Members Box Office (yellow ticket booth #3) operating from 4pm at Westpac Stadium in which the team will be able to issue you a paper ticket to gain entry into the match. Please bring your proof of Membership purchase with you.

Same here.  As I will be out of town I'm hoping to give my tickets to someone else.  They can't go to the booth so I need a reply

I wonder if we took a class action against Ticketec citing 13 years of screw ups, if we'd have any chance of winning. Someone at Ticketec further up the food chain needs to be held accountable.

Why is the club even still using Ticketek after so many seasons. You would assume if they had a contract with them it'll be finished and if not and they have kept extending it, surely they could get out of it with all the issues.

My case gets better. I logged into Ticketec website and it says I have nothing waiting or coming for me, despite having right beside me all the transactions. It seems to me that Ticketec is a complete shambles that does not communicate within itself, let alone with paying customers. Sadly on their page - or rather conveniently, there's no contact information for any higher up the food chain to address any issues with them about. I wonder what the commerce commission would make of all this?? Not just my case, but every case.

I reckon (I could be wrong I guess) Ticketec should compensate season ticket holders for this yearly shambles. I don't know, what do you all think Should action be taken against them or should apathy be the line to follow. Some years, you get your ticket/s pronto, other years you get this situation where 4 days before the event and you're swetting your arse off waiting?

I do, i already tried their facebook and i got seen but no reply. I assume they are operated by the same media staff

get this, my sons pack arrived in the mail yesterday - lanyard, signature book etc, just no pass. No sign of my stuff at all.

called the hotline and apparently there's a cap for the junior nix packs too, company that's sending them is just sending what they have for junior nix - very confusing.

I messaged the Phoenix asking about the membership packs this morning, the reply I got was ;

“Hi there (Hatter), thanks for your message. 

Membership packs will be mailed out before 27 October (Round 3 at Westpac Stadium). 

Have you received your digital barcode?

Thanks, Tom @ WPX”

I didn't get a digital bar code. Got Caroline on the Nix desk.  She said an email is forthcoming.  She helped solve another issue for me. I just hope that the car park people accept a $20  note. My card is maxed again.

Just phoned the stadium and they said the option to pay on the day is still there

Talked to Phoenix ticketline today - they said there was an issue with the company sending out the cards.

They also said that they would be putting me on a list to email an e-ticket (hopefully today) and that the club would also be emailing a message about what to do if your ticket hadn't arrived. They also asked if I'd received a digital bar code (I hadn't).

Neither email has arrived yet, but I've just found that Digital Bar Code in my spam folder, so might be ok. :)

What a complete shambles, but nothing new. I rang the membership line yesterday and they were arranging to email electronic tickets out to me, still no email received.  Then this morning a courier arrives with my membership card but nothing for my son who's membership was ordered on same order as mine. Can't imagine the cost of Couriers etc for this. This is a problem every year and while its very easy to blame ticketek , the fact this is an issue every year leads me back to the back office, I have been calling for David Domes head for some time as there are too many f-ups and this to me highlights he can't cant manage his way out of a paperbag!

got an email from the club this morning with the tracking number for my foundation membership pack - check the tracking, says it was delivered two days ago -  it was not! Call courier post - oh sorry we can't find an image of the delivery details can you get sender to contact us......whilst Nicola at Ticketek was helpful I still struggle to understand how they manage to stuff this up every year. Currently I have half of my son's junior pack, an email about my pack, and two paper copies of our passes received in September.

The size of the back office, I would be working on it is a contractor doing the collating and sending of the packs.

reading this makes me glad of not being a member anymore, was a member for years but got frustrated with all the issues with getting a membership re ticketek. the final straw for me was the season where the changed my seat number when i never asked for it to be changed. my friend who has been coming to games with me for years decided to get his first membership this season and is regretting making that decision. i still come down for all home games but ticketek can go fudge themselves. and yes i do realise i still have to get match day tickets from ticketek but at least i get them the day i pay for them and get the seat i want to stand in front of.

Had i not been a foundation member doubt i would bother either.Given what was in or more to point wasnt in the pack this year.Frankly not up to the quality of some of the previous years..

Given they seem to sell $10 tickets after the game amongst the shark load of freebies it would probably be cheaper not to.

Got my membership pack today. Got the ticket (card) but no seat number on it. I know this isn’t annoying for anyone in the zone but just want to know if anyone was in the same boat.

My foundation pack arrived today and I got an email with the e-ticket just in case and another email saying my second (non-foundation) pack is on its way. Given you get different stuff in different memberships I'm assuming they are getting delivered once all the goodies/ticket arrives from the supplier.

Personally rate the mouse pad as part of the pack.

Update, Got into work this morning and found two emails sent overnight. I have a digicopy for me & Micki, requested one for Ta and I have a tracking number for me & Micki. Some stressed removed but it ain't over until the three of us are inside. 

So where's the good free parking without having to walk the kids a mile or so to the stadium? You are right Feverish but kids little legs are why I park under it.

Even NZ Post is having a shocker with sending out the season passes. I was hoping the courier might turn up this morning but was greeted by that as a status. Someone must have sent them down to Palmerston.

Got the membership packs today. 

I had heard the kids membership packs were awesome but man it left a lot to be desired.  Just one of those cheap drawstring bags and an autograph book.  Didn't even get a scarf which is hugely disappointing because he loves wearing my member scarves and to be honest if that's all he got he would have been happy. 

Ah well.
