- Marcinho has been released and heads back to Brazil
- Simon Lynch has also been released.

Also CEO John Ribot has left the club.

$500k... someone in Korea has more money than sense.

ah but will the pronunciation of his name now change from Haynaldo to Laynaldo?

It's official now: from the SMH

"Sydney FC today unveiled strike pair John Aloisi and Mark Bridge and former Perth Glory skipper Simon Colosimo as their star signings for the 2008-09 A-League season and beyond.

Aloisi, 32, has signed a lucrative two-year deal as the marquee player, and though the figure was not disclosed it is reportedly worth $1.4 million a season"

Why don't they spend wisely on a quality, productive marquee player like Jardel or Elrich instead.

"
The Newcastle Jets have re-signed two Olyroos in Tarek Elrich and Adam D'Apuzzo and added a third, former Sydney FC midfielder Ruben Zadkovich.

The Jets also moved closer to a deal for Ahmad Elrich, who had been released by Wellington."

Nice one. I thought Lia was decent for us last season

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Midfielder Stuart Musialik has become the latest A-League big name to embrace John Kosminas rebuilding revolution at Sydney FC after agreeing to join the club on a three-year deal.

Sydney are splashing the cash.

I think its an excellent signing, he really looked the business when I saw him playing for the knights. I think he'll be great for us, he'll be even better for having a few decent players around him now.
