I see the boys return to training this week. 

Does anyone know if any kiwis have been invited to join them for the preseason as a sort of trial and/or will the ameteurs in the AW WC Squad be training with them to get their fitness up etc (I'm sure Barron trains with them regularly)

Trainings are at 10am at Basin Reserve for the first few weeks (starting yesterday) and Bannatyne, Barron and Mulligan are here today. No other all whites that I could see apart from the obvious regular Nix lads.

Phew, that's better. Had to pop over and read some civilised discussion on a subject that actually had some significance on the Nix forum topics.

At this stage I think it's just the four days during the week. They certainly aren't training at basin on Sundays.

On loan at Charleseton Battery I believe, third tier in the States. I'll look into when their season finishes and how much he's playing.

You're right, he is in Finland's second division, some info Here

From what I can gather he is the #1, and is probably starting every game.

Called in briefly to practice this arvo, Ifill, Daniel, Lia etc all there ... Pasty looking sharp in goal, getting plenty of work.
 
Fittest person on the pitch .. Luciano Trani. runs legs off everyone else.
 
Oh and Leo has some new boots ... pink and purple Mercurials.

they requested the use of the pitch for an extra afternoon training at about lunch time. the usual times are 10-10.30am starts monday, tuesday, thursday, friday. if i hear of any changes i will try get them on here asap

Heard a few younger wellington club players have been training there? anyone got some info on who they might be? especially with another youth spot up for grabs..

I don't know who they are but they are more than likely there to make up squad numbers as a few are away with the national team.
