Does it need a tagline (in much smaller print) explaining it to those not "in" on it?

Like:

WE WANT 10
- Keep the 'Nix in the A-League
I don't think so, I think one solid line will look more classy.
You know we belong together...

Oska I definitely appreciate your reasoned thoughts.

WE WANT 10 officially goes to the top of the list (top 2 or 3 will be banner-ised).

Do you have any other ideas? One banner is destined to be displayed for half a day at RYOS on Saturday prior to the game (if it cuts the mustard).

Still liking: CAN'T SHAKE THE YELLOW FEVER as it totally encapsulates the ferver that the Fever has instilled into me, and it has that "united we stand/you'll never walk alone" feeling to it also.ahmad2010-02-26 22:18:34

What about a reversable one.. something that suits both good and bad moments.

"FTW" on one side.. "WTF" on the other

For people who don't use the internet regularly, FTW has another meaning...so it's dubious.

I thought 'FTW' was 'f**k the world' for the longest time

I've got a black ZM banner that's blank on the other side, been saving it to make a banner and now is as good as any time. Absolutely love WE WANT TEN but Ahmad deserves first dibs

Haha Robb, as long as you end up making something I'll be happy. If you require WE WANT 10 in order to be motivated to do it then feel free to use it :)

WE WANT 10 or WE WANT TEN

Which will it be YF?

Haha cheers, but it was more expressing admiration for the idea than the request to nick it. IMHO, my banner won't come out well based on what I'm working with, so I'd rather it be done better by someone else. I'll do something also, but I wouldn't waste WE WANT TEN on my piece of plastic

Hey if I am making a banner given such limited time and work commitments, and flying it up from Dunedin, then you are making a banner. That's an order!

As much as I am really proud of my effort for the Bahrain banner, I've come to appreciate that it's the effort that counts!

I'd vote for:

WE WANT 10  (simple and it would be effective)

Stop.  Bannertime.  (For random WTF effect)

If we are looking for something random, then surely it would have to be:

ALL HAIL HORUS

LORD OF THE PAX

i would say we want 10 is the one people want and then just do whatevers easier for the other sheets and the above would be very funny, haha.

Still looking for that one "all-inclusive" banner with a nice message for the RYOS passersby on Saturday. Still can't think of anything better than:

CAN'T SHAKE THE YELLOW FEVER

You seem to be full of good ideas tomrewi. Suggest and discuss?

If you are going to use a in your sign, what about something like:

Mr. Bin Hammam -
give us the thumbs up!

Doesn't the "thumbs-up" sign mean something different in the Middle East?
