Chch Dec 5 Game Tickets for Season Ticket holders

Can someone please tell me what the deal is for Season pass holders to get tickets to Chch on Dec 5?

Are they automagically assigned/ticketed/mailed to season pass holders or do they have to action it in some way (like present season passes at Ticketek and book)?

If they have to book "manually" at ticketek, is there a Yellow Fever "zone" at AMI and when do sales open?

Thanks.

According to the membership letter, you have to go to the Michael Fowler box office with your membership and ID and collect a paper ticket, or you can ring the Phoenix hotline (04 384 2457) and they'll send you it.

Not sure about the zones at AMI.

hope this helps

Im a season ticket holder, but not going down too the ChCh game. If there isnt any booking fee that they will try and charge, im happy to get my ticket, and pass it onto someone that is going and wants to drag along another person to the game.

I got a season ticket. And I'm not going to chch. I also got a mate (with a season ticket) who's most likely not going down.

Terry and the A-league need the money from paying fans.  So, sorry I won't be giving away my tickets.  Surely Christchurch supporters can scrape together $30 to go along to the only away from home Phoenix game this season?

Due to the game change and the intransigence of both air new new zealand and the hotel I booked I will not be going so will probably get my tickets for the game(season ticket holder) and see if anyone wants them

I think I will be sorted for tickets for the family from a kind season pass holder but may be one short if anyone of the above offers is for a single ticket. (Requirement to be confirmed)

We are driving up from Dunedin for the game with a full car load.

3 of us are going but only have access to two season passes (tickets). Would be appreciative of a spare ticket coming my way and there could be a beer in it for whomever passes it on. Cheers

Given the oft-quoted reason for taking games away from home is $, then you are totally correct.

I was considering coming down for this one, but following the earthquake I'm even  more determined to make the trip. Christchurch is a beautiful city and it needs all the support it can get, so everyone get down there and inject some money into the local economy! And enjoy some football too.

You sure you're thinking of the right Christchurch?

We're still going at this stage. Not sure how our accommodation (Cokers backpackers) is holding up so might have to stay elsewhere at this stage.

Once you look past the skinheads and dead hookers in the Avon, it is quite a beautiful city. I'm hoping that it still is, rather than was...

I thought that there was an FFA rule that you couldnt have a curtain raiser before an A-League game. I could be wrong, but I vaguely recall a thread about this.

Has to be a gap between games, thus the early kick off to the Canterbury United match.

Pitchhas to be cleared 2 hours before kick off. That is all.

So they'll play 30 min each way with no stoppage time or orange break in between?

'Nix on at 5pm right?

Ticket price is $20 for an adult if purchased before game day or $25 at the gate. Good value for for two games.

I hope they get the seating right this year. Last year was a shambles at best. Was very frustrating last year purchasing a YF Zone ticket only to wind up half a stadium away from YF.

Do they scan tickets at AMI yet?

If they do it may be like test matches at the basin where you can scan out if you leave.

Because there's no way I'm sitting more than 5 hours without a feed.  And there's also no way I'm buying a soggy hotdog from the stadium.

And by the above I mean I'll probably just have to suck it up and be hungry.

Last year I got my tickets via the website about a week after they went on sale. Can you not take your own food into the stadium?
