If these comments are directed at Mrs GA you are way off anything that comes close to reality.
An edit may be best.

I don't think Leggy meant to offend but he did misuse the quote. "Jobs for the boys" is more something that applies to public enterprises or ones funded by investors with no managerial clout. It doesn't apply to small companies because you are wasting your own money, not someone else's.

Oh, and good to see Greenie retained. I hope someone qualified comes in for the academy.

There was certainly no intent to offend  Tegal.  If I had meant it you would certainly know.

Awesome news to discover this appointment. I think he has a very good future in the game. Just needs the experience, time and qualifications. Well done Ernie, excellent first signing and well done Chris.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

If you were Welnix and doing the long term strategic plan thing, then Merrick/Greenacre seems a good first step, but the Academy appointment is actually key to future Nix health. Are they even advertising the role?

Academy = Ricky?    FSE = TW = Matt Calcout?    Phoenix = Merrick/Greenacre?

And all 3 groups working together.

That is my impression from here there and everywhere

I'll bet you a gazillion and one dollars you're wrong on at least one of those three.

Surely if we're heading down a more professional route FSE and Academy merge to become Nix Youth Academy?

He can't wear a suit if Ernire doesn't. there's an established sartorial pecking order.
