i am banking on it as being gospel...442 are reliable. What does Tony P have to say in relation to it? sure the Nix will make a press release very soon ....also it doesnt make sense that the head line is Dadi Quits Glory For Phoenix

if it is just speculation

I am 100% sure he is coming to us.  My point just is that it doesn't confirm it.,....it says they believe there is a deal in Wellys.

Anyway, I am happy he's coming...bring on the Roar!!

I suspect just waiting for him to sign on the dotted line before making the official announcement.
He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

I don't rate Moore any better than I do Siggy, Durante or McKain to be honest.

Not even worth discussing as it'll never happen and it's stupid.

So he is at training then? Yeah I won't be convinced just yet and unless Greeny is not up to the game this week then I wouldn't include him

The main benefit of playing Dadi is that he frees up Greeny and Ifill to play their natural games - to do that he just needs to play a target man role i.e. show, hold and lay-off. Not a big ask for someone with his experience - even at 36.

Having said that he has scored 5 goals in the NYL so he still knows how to find the back of the net. I suspect he is also probably better in the air than most / all of our current squad at set pieces - our set piece conversion rate would be very very low.

I'm pleased he is being brought in to do a short term job and hope he will fire up to prove to his detractors (i.e. Dave Mitchell) he has still got it.

In the future (i.e. next season onwards) we need a younger Dadi (e.g. van Djik) but for this season potentailly a very good move.

He was indeed at training. Didn't seem to have trouble fitting in. Looked reasonable. Robbenator2010-01-04 19:03:56
