I'd actually be interested in seeing a re-design, not really a fan of what we have (I've had issue with the design of that damn bird since day 1!)

Biggest issue is the design of the bird - the way it's integrated into the flame looks out of proportion. Stylistically feels like cheap clip art.
Subjective though right.
And if there is a new one, will it be any better?

The brand has negative connotations, new coach, new team, new brand... Makes sense and shows continued investment which is also good considering the rumors that people were putting around a couple of months ago about the team costing until shuttered.
