I agree that that chant does us any favours but I do like it when chants evolve on the day, so would have liked to have seen "where were you when we were yellow" catch on.

Though they probably wouldn't have got the piss-take aspect of it...

Could even flip it around and do something like 'Thanks for coming, see you next week" etc, as appropriate, maybe after doing "stand up".

I wasn't my usual vociferous self on Sunday, perhaps only 1 pint of Guinness pre-match may have been the reason.

Did try and get "Can we see you every game?!" going when the crowd was announced!

When Hibs, went up, to win the Scottish Cup - I wisnae there - furfuxake!

One wish from SWMBO for the zone when the Shirts come off is that those participating have been near  a stick of deoderant in the last few hours!!!  Hairy backs and Beer guts bearable in her eyes!

I scowl angrily at them and if they speak first I ask them if they would wear black to a home game. If they say no then I stop scowling but then ask if they smoke, drink and gamble responsibly.

If they say yes I give them a big smile and a thumbs up.

Mohammed, on the left, I'm still in touch with. He's now living in Agadez, Niger. More focused on his animals now as tourism has dried up. Is active with a co-op promoting local goods, leather work and bijouterie, into Europe.

Not sure if this is covered elsewhere. I'm just watching highlights on TV, and I can hear bloody drums the whole time. Can we please get them to stop......................................

Sound like a Warriors game - luckily I could not hear them at the game due to other crowd noise.....

Yeah that is weird, I never hear drums at the game either but the are on the highlights...where are the microphones on the pitch?

I have heard them when we had smaller crowds....think th.ey are in aisle 30 or thereabouts...

They came over loud and clear (or am I in a Dr Who episode?).

I have never noticed drums in the replays. I will listen for them.

There was a moment in the second half, after the 3rd goal where the commentators shut up for about a minute and all you could hear was the crowd. I don't know what the chant was, but it was quite invigorating to experience watching on the tele. I thought it was a pretty good performance by the crowd

There were a few people getting drums through security when I arrived with YF flag. They were proper band drums, not wooden things.

I am not sure if these were specially allowed for the Daniel game or not, but I sure hope they're not there every week. They are as likely to stop people coming back to watch as most other things.

Why not welcome them back and invite them to stand in a less well populated part of the ground. Better than telling potential fans to piss off, I'd have thought.

Drums are good, if a) the people drumming them can keep a rhythm and b) they're willing to match up with chants rather than doing a counter-beat when chanting is happening

Sounded like Bongo drums to me.
Very annoying on the replay, couldnt hear them at the game though.
 
Personally , I dislike drums in the crowd, same as loud hailers.
 
Bagpipes would be good.......................................as would flares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally I like the contribution drums make to the atmosphere.
 
I don't want them next to me but background sound from the other side of the ground is good.

This is the second home game in a row with congas in the sound track. It sounds like they are either miked up or there's a mike in one of the tunnels where they are playing.I've scanned the crowd in the replays but can't see where they are... anyone seen them? They tend to fill in the quiet patches, pick up the pace as we go on the attack and when YF are chanting follow that rhythm too.
