Any sympathy for Wellington now?

1st home game with all whites included being 1st December.

Yeah, but it is what it is.
Another way to look at it is it's a great chance for non Welly people to see some of the young/new guns in action.

Wrong thread. This is for Fever in Christchurch discussion. Keep All Whites talk in the Road to Brazil thread.

2 seats in a car leaving 8.15 ferry from Wgtn- Friday morning return on 6.15 ferry from Monday.

If anyone interest you will need your own ferry tickets and accommodation.

So, no All Whites for the game in Christchurch...

I'm absolutely FURIOUS!!!!

I've been looking forward to this game for a long time, got 15 mates to come along, and as I live in Christchurch this is one of the rare occasions I get to see the NIX live.

And now they're telling me it's all happening with an understrength squad!!??

Wonderful, looking forward to another dull draw or even worse another loss on "home soil..."

They seriously think they can promote an already struggling Phoenix team in another city, and now it's even without some of it's best players???

What a disappointment...

Time to protest Yellow Fever

oh please,  they never lose in Christchurch.

Heading down to Chch on Thursday for the game. Disappointed to hear the AW won't be playing, but excited to see a full game from Ifill, Waffles, Carlos, and Cunningham (which didn't happen against the Roar). Games against Perth (Grrrr Rivals) are usually tough, low scoring affairs, so with this attacking line-up perhaps this is the Nix hope to win a goal fest, as our defensive line will be very suspect. Fingers crossed!

Waiting to confirm actual deals with Cargo Bar, but that is definitely where we will be!

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Not that big a place the old Cargo bar, how many are you expecting?

Sounds like the All Whites players will be allowed to play this weekend with the trade off being that the match kicks off half an hour earlier at 5pm. Yet to be confirmed though.

It has a decent sized outside area.

I don't even what the AWs to risk playing - let alone cutting half an hour off my pregame when I only fly in at 2pm.

So NZF will let them play for the sake of 30 minutes?  How bizarre.

IMO it gives time for delayed flights to meet the Orkwood flight out of NZ

If 30 minutes is a deal breaker then there really is no issue.

All the best Christchurch, Nix, and Fever for this weekend. Shit luck and circumstance means that pretty much the one weekend of the season I am not going to be able to head up for this game is of course the weekend it gets scheduled.

My apologies already in with the Nix; apologies also to all the hard working Christchurch folk.

Flight out of chch is 8:20. So yes, 30 minutes does matter.

After the Auckland game my 6am Jetstar flight was only 45 mins late. I mean, the first flight out and it was delayed! Still for $19 who was I to complain. Cheap flight - awesome.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

Already looking for Auckland. Shame the game isn't at 3pm, could've gotten the last flight out of Dodge.
