Just been into the Michael Fowler Ticketek office. I can purchase whatever I want apart from my own seats (or other members seats). Mrs "Very helpful and apologetic lady" will give me a call when it gets sorted but the will have to wait unti the Australians get to work.
Summary: Can't buy what I want...

They wouldn't let me purchase a seat for my friend, even though I was holding his season pass in my hand and could quote all the details on it. Now have to go into the box office and try and get his seat for him before 5pm.

I'm guessing/hoping if there is too much trouble today then there will still be plenty of time from tomorrow onwards when it is public sale.
We don't get any discount so the only thing we lose is the opportunity to get in first.

I got the email with a link to TTek's website. Followed this with a code they supplied and can't select our tickets as this is not an option. They are not answering their phones ("Busy" message). I wonder how much this costs the Club, and how many give up trying after a few attempts? Ticketek are utterly useless tosspots. Sack them all. And Vince Lia. And Tim Brown. And the Sky commentators. And anyone who disagrees.....
