Just got 5 ticktes. 3 with season passes and 2 extras at the Michael Fowler Ticketek Outlet. I got proper tickets for the extras (PAX 2756, 2757) but the 3 season pass seats will be emailed to me tomorrow. The "booking fee"was $3 per ticket it seems as they had to be bought in 2 seperate transactions.

Mrs "everso apologetic and helpful" in the outlet was excellent and assured me that I will get my season pass seats when they get emailed.

Are you a bit nervous that the season pass tickets you get tomorrow, won't be next to the extra tickets you got today...?

It's Ticketek. What could possibly go wrong?

I'm slightly disappointed!

A bit off topic, but was there anyone wandering around during the last home game of the (regular) season signing people up for season passes next year? I didn't hear or see anything on the big screen or over announcements, and arrived late so wouldn't have seen if they did or not.

I sure hope they did.

Allegedly

There were some people outside the entrance doing that.

Edit: Wandering around with clipboards and talking to people (not bouncing around on stilits or hanging out with Mr Rumble)

Pax at almost 3k already... Pretty good given our Season ticket holding is about that IIRC

I think Pax includes all the complimentary tickets they allocate to people in Australia that are never going to turn up.

True, but I did see someone early on had a PAX of around 200 or so. So if they gave away a couple of hundred comps, still pretty good so far

Fair enough. If it is 3k that is great given how ticketeks online system is screwing up at the moment.

what a feckin disaster, why dod ticketeck feel the need to make a simple process horribly difficult. Went tot he Railway station outlet today and had to wait 20 minutes while the girl behind the counter tried to find my details. Had to use an expired account number in the end. Why can't they just issue a ticket once the season pass is presented.....and if it's an online purchase then only open the website up to members, who already have their own logons anyway.

Waiting for an email is not an ideal or favourable outcome....Nix please please please can we look at who we use to do this ticketing thing....

I don't think it is the Phoenix's choice, Ticketek have the ticketing rights to all events at the Stadium.

Fans in Perth who have been lining up since 9:00am for tickets had to deal with ticketmaster glitches which are only just starting to be fixed (hour late). Can't even buy a ticket...

LOL, seems like Ticketmaster and Ticketek are the same.

So you have to pay a booking fee for your season pass seats and then ANOTHER booking fee for the non-season pass seats?? Ridiculous! I want to buy my seat plus one other next to it so I'll have to pay $19 in booking fees for 2 tickets? Screw that I'll wait for tomorrow when my seat becomes free to Joe Bloggs then try and book it before him and hope I get it.

Went to railway station, the guy there got our tickets through, matched our details, confirmed our correct email address, and said tickets will be emailed out tomorrow.

I can only assume this mess is because the Phoenix membership team are double-checking all the members get the correct reserved seats??

There were a few people there buying up extras, one person called asking if they could get 30 tickets

PSA: There is an 8 ticket per-purchase maximum

Ticketek - Very helpful once you get through. Had an online issue this morning, asked if he could call back. I got impatient at 4.00 pm and called again, still issues but will be sorted. 4.20 pm 1st guy rang back to sort(told him I had rung again and it was getting sorted). Heres hoping!

Pax 2868-2871.
No problems booking online at all, but then I wasn't trying to get my usual season seat.
I note that although the Gold tickets are advertised as $45 it actually says $42.95 incl gst on my ticket.
Also got ezyTickets, so the booking fee was $5.25 plus I have the tickets already.
Thank god!
I feel for you fellas still trying to get them sorted!the ant2012-03-26 16:24:57

Went into Ticketek to get my ticket and 2 mates we are all season ticket holders. Was told that I couldn't pay for all 3 tickets with one transaction as the system wouldnt allow it had to swipe my card 3 times and pay $38 each time. I was told that $38 was the advertised price but now find out that the actual price is $35, so that's a $3 fee on each one...................bloody rip off, anyone else heard of this they are making a fortune and we are being scammed!!!

You should be thankful, the fee is usually $5 so they must have reduced it because of this exact situation.

My mate bought our tickets but emailed to me as I was original purchaser - the ticket numbers are different from season seats (GA 30-33), but my mate reckons these are just placeholders and the real tickets with the correct seats will be emailed out tomorrow. This kind of makes sense if you consider that they are mailing tickets that say "not a valid entry ticket / you [sic] entry ticket will be sent 27Mar [sic] or pickup [sic]".

So hoping tomorrow real tickets with real season seats turn up. PAX199-202.

Pathetic. Not apathetic.

I can't wait to see what seat numbers I get e-ticketed later today?

Will it be my season pass seats, will it be in the zone at all, perhaps it will be in the family zone? It's just like Xmas.

I'm looking forward to this as well. If they got it right, ticketek can expect some praise from me. If not, they better be ready for me to rage at them and be ready to fix the problem.

F***ng shambles Ticketek. Rang first thing this morning requesting usual seats only to be told they'd been sold yesterday - WTF! What is the point in giving members first right to their seats when Ticketek are going to give them away to another member for their friends. We're always in row H, closest seats I could get are in row S - NOT happy.

You only had 9am till 5pm
as a member to buy your existing seats on 26th . 9am till 12 pm today is Football family members then 12 pm on is open to all and sundry as per the Nix email and site. Blew.22012-03-27 11:43:27

The problem is you couldn't buy your regular seats yesterday the way it was intended. You could call, but the account number didn't match their records. I'm unaware of anyone who booked their regular seats online.

Perhaps the operator you had was better but for me the seats were put "on hold" and someone would call me back today. Eventually got sick of waiting this morning and was able to book regular seats on the phone but they first of all were prepared to sell me someone elses and I know the person who sits there.

You only had 1 day to secure your regular seats and they botched it. It's not the end of the world, because you can just sit/stand somewhere else, but this really isn't that difficult for them to organise and through their own incompetence they have wasted thousands of hours of peoples combined time.

Yes. I've been deliberately been buying up eveyone else's seats and I'm going to put them on Trade-me along with my tickets for One Direction. I might even get rid of my Peter Hook tickets as well!! I think I might start up my own ticket agency.

In all seriousnessnessness, when I tried to buy a few extras near my seats yesterday, nearly all the seats around me were 'blocked' seemingly for pass holders.
