And, basically, because it's my money, and my time, and my inclination, so I'll do what _I_ want to with it. I wanted to make a union jack based flag, so I did. Simple really.
How come you didn't ask: "Why a chequered flag?"...
If you don't get why a Union Jack, that's cool. If you want to make something else, that's even cooler... make it. I FULLY encourage you to do so.
Equally, if you don't want to make a flag, that's also cool.

That was an excellent banner supporting the beach. You guys deserve a DB for that. It's great to show fellow football supporters that football means more than just the game. GCU fans are a pretty friendly bunch. It was great to see them getting support from us.

It's my off season plan.
Started looking at the stitching on my old 4 metre x 4 metre Kingz flag last night...
I think if I unpick the stitching I can recycle parge parts of it...
