Im really gutted about that result, professionals shouldnt
make school boy errors as often as our team does, out
midfield and attack are on par with anything in the league but our

That has got to be the most painful loss the Phoenix have had. We
should have won by a couple. And I think it's ridiculous how some
people are saying that the defence are useless, that was one
mistake, pity it had to be that crucial though. The Mariners
defence have made about as many mistakes as our defence.

They made 2 mistakes that lead to goals. Several others that Moss had to clean up as well. They were terrible today.

The first goal was also from questionable defence and there were other times during the game too when the defence looked dreadful and we got lucky.

Yep - penalty was one. Several others where they skied the ball
into the air and Moss had to punch it out or jump over a CCM
player.

There was more than one defensive lapse, but overall we kept out a
heap of Mariners attacks, and they had a pretty shocking defence as
well.

Phoenix have conceded 16 goals after nine rounds
Knights had conceded 18 after nine rounds last year.
So forget the flash backs they will come good thought they
were very poor in defence today. Two school boy errors and
two goals scored by CCM.
Game lost .It's very painful at the moment.

I think its just the smugness on his face after he scored that annoyed me, but if a Phoenix player did that they'd be smug as well (obviously). I'll get over it in an hour or two and just dislike Griffiths.
