Back 5? Or sutts in midfield?
Back 5 I reckon. Sutton down the wing will be dangerous for the Mariners.

Probably wanting the young legs of Sheridan to keep up with Torres. Al-Taay doesn't seem the quickest.

Bit of a shock selection. But really impressed by Sheridan last week. In Chiefy we trust.

You have to scroll to the bottom and click "load more channels" at least that's how I had to do it on chromecast.

Panic over - have found the channel - clearly a high priority for Sky.

Pathetic. Not apathetic.

Even Simon Hill is very ignorant about the Phoenix, looked at our starting XI and thought we would be playing a 4-5-1 and not 5 at the back

Torres playing an amazing ball into the box there. Lucky the Mariners don’t have their own version of Zawada!

I feel like 3 points here and we are basically premiers. This is huge. Never thought I’d see a season like this one.

Already missing Rufer in the centre defensive channel.
Hopefully the guys reorganise a bit.

Yep, it's like there is a zone of uncertainty in front of the back five.

Riding our luck here.

Kraev and Kosta need support, they're far too isolated. This back 5 thing isn't really working tonight

That was good, confident stuff from Sheridan. Early days yet but he's got talent.

Be interesting to see how Chief adjusts, we've got a few options on the bench for once.

We are a step too late to most challenges and running the risk of picking up yellow cards

My nerves are wracked, to say the least. Can’t wait for the halftime whistle and a Chiefy team talk masterclass to settle everyone’s nerves!

Need to keep them from scoring before half time. We've been generally better in our second 45s for quite a few games now.

Getting a moan in nice and early, but it seems like we haven’t had much luck in 50/50 calls from the ref

I’m not sure I can handle another half of that but will happily do so if it’s kept at nil all.

yep, and CCMs workload didn't seem to affect them against city, but has to catch up to them at some point.

That was a nervy as heck first 45. Easily second best and ride our luck. As someone else said, a step to slope every time. Can’t live like that in the second. Positive thing is, is that we’re still in it. Coyn !

Yes you sense he's going to be a very good little player. Farrell has disposessed him too easily a few times, but otherwise he's bombed foward nicely, found some space and looked a threat.

Still I imagine Payne will come on for him early 2nd half. What other changes is Chiefy going to make? Rufer is being missed for sure.

I feel like we got away with a few to be fair.  But I wanna see that Sutton one replayed.

So far it's a usual Phoenix performance that normally gets us at least a point. But we do need to step up in the second half

This is the game where we can see the value of Rufer, because he is not there.
He is an exceptional disruptor and most of the time an efficient distributor.   While I like Pennington, he is not the same type of a player  - far more mobile and a good attack support, but not as good at distribution from defence.
