Anyone notice that 3 out of the 4 games we have lost we have had crowther play in??

Does he just have bad luck, or does he have some skill that is still yet to show??

Not the best 21st birthday present for him!

He was bad tonight, although until then I thought he was ok.

Surely he must have something else why sign him front of a talented kiwi keeper?

I'd go with the Gleeson idea. Physically there, young, mobile, impressionable and good skill base. If Spoonley was the answer, they would have bought him back this year, assuming he didn't turn them down. Why didn't Ricki or the Goal Keeping expert (Gould) bring him back? You could speculate that they don't rate him as they did have a roster spot to do so when Moss left...

Gleeson may not be an upgrade on Crowther but he is young, he is Kiwi, he will learn and could he do any worse? Keepers traditionally develop later in life so its much the same whom they use but I don't think Crowthers the one.

I am liking the V-Konstrukt III's due to getting both FG's and SG's for 100 quid and that they are Paul Ifill's preferred choice.

Crowther was poor last night IMO.

The yellow and ruby are ugly, the other two colourways are marginally better.

Here is some statistics:

Paston 12 Goals conceded in 12 games. 1 goal per game. 3 Wins, 7 Draws, 2 Losses. 1.58 points per game.

Crowther 7 Goals conceded in 4 games. 1.75 goals per game. 1 Win, 1 Draw, 2 Losses. 1 Point per games.

Quite clearly shows Pastons is far better for the team and his presence and organisational skills are worth .58 points per game more then Crowther which is HUGE.
