I think we can safely say, we have a good chance at 2nd to 6th.

Our next 4 are the 3 teams above us and WU. Hopefully it isn't at our expense!

Perth = draw (1)

City = beatable (3 points, draw at worst)

WU = beatable (3 points)

Sydney = probably a loss.

I'd be happy with 5 or 7 points from the next 4.

The ref was not biased, just incompetent.

Incompetent is being polite Leggy. What was the final card score? 9-2. I wouldn't let Hersey referee a kids game of social footie, let alone anything higher. What a complete arrogant muppet. He obviously had a pre-match game plan and stuck to it. That hatchett tackle resulting in no punishment is the clue to that.

Yep just as I though, we will be out of the top 6 by end of March. It was good while it lasted but we just can’t compete with the likes of Roar and Glory and City.

Just as well you missed out Adelaide, so we should still be 6th by your calculations :D

4th - 7th, 3pts in it.

No side with a game in hand.

We'll need some results from City, Sydney, United. Been a good season, finish well lads.

Can someone remind me the play off rules?
It's 1v6 (1st at home), 2v5 (2nd at home), 3v4 3rd at home)?

I just really want to get a home playoff!

Got it, thanks.

Well then it's imperative we come at least 4th so as to secure a home play-off game!

Everyone in the 4-7 bracket still have a game to play against everyone in the A-League. We have home games vs our competition for the 4-7 spot, so need to make the home ground advantage pay off for us.

Perth has more away games than home and has ACL as well, Melbourne is 50/50 home vs away. We should be targetting second.

Its in the license agreements for all teams, if you finish last three times in five seasons you're in breach of the license and it can be taken off you.

Nope, we're not that bad. we've come last twice and they were more than five years apart.

Ah, my memory was wrong 4 out of 6 not 3 out of 5. Since Graham Arnold left they've gone 8,10,8,10,10. Massive slide.

Would imagine that would no longer apply under the new governance model.
